“Amazing”
Staff was very helpful, kind, nice everything I needed was handled and brought to me. Ruben and Laidy was fantastic many of the waiters were amazingly. Will be back for sure

“Amazing hotel!”
We had such an amazing time the hotel was fab the beach was beautiful and there was a staff remember in the Tui part called Luis Miguel who honestly made our holiday so amazing, he was so kind and friendly and I recommend you talk to him if you're going!

“Rui bambu”
I would seem that every time I send a request I get the opposite. I asked for a sunny room, not a difficult one, get a room three metres from the main reception building,on the group on ground floor.. Not really sure what the reason is for having this system in place.
