“Good Service”
Went to the disco area and the Bartender name Alicia gave me good service, she gave me good drink with passion, 10 out of 10! The bartenders name was Alicia.

“Unfriendly staff, poor service”
This was our first time and last time staying at an Iberostar. Staff were consistently rude and service was poor. Especially at the restaurants and the bar closest to the beach. “Great resort had fun on excursions food is a no go”
The resort was nice, clean rooms, great bartenders, but the food was bad with exception to one place, the smokehouse, food servers weren't great ignored requests forgot about you
