I came here with my boyfriend and we upgraded to the adults only Elegance Club. I would definitely recommend this option, as we had a very quiet, peaceful stay. The food was very good! I am vegan and my boyfriend is not, and we both had plenty of options and enjoyed everything we ate. Service exceeded expectations. I was extremely impressed with how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. Unfortunately I fractured my leg prior to the trip, and our butler, Katherine was able to help me rent an electric wheelchair for our stay. She also was able to accommodate us with a more accessible room on the first floor. Katherine handled anything we needed and more, and also set us up with a gorgeous rose pedal bubble bath one night! A few other staff members who stood out to us - Juan and Pedro who gave us excellent service for some of our dinners, as well as Victor Morla from the buffet. Inida Guzman from the coffee shop greeted us every morning and even remembered my coffee order every day! Francisco our concierge was efficient with our check in/out and was another friendly face every morning. And Jesus from the club lounge was always happy to help us with anything we needed at the pool. Overall everything here was absolutely exceptional and I hope I can return here again someday!

I don’t write reviews often, but when I do, it’s because a place truly deserves to be talked about—whether that means sharing something good or bad. In this case, this review goes far beyond good… it is absolutely outstanding. My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for 6 days and 5 nights, and our stay at Majestic Elegance was nothing short of magical. From beginning to end, we were treated like royalty—truly like kings and queens. We booked our entire trip through Costco Travel, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the smooth airport transportation to the seamless round-trip flights and hotel arrangements, everything was handled flawlessly. They played a huge role in making our honeymoon experience stress-free and unforgettable. Now, let’s talk about Majestic Elegance—paradise on earth. The moment we stepped out of our private Costco-arranged transportation, we were greeted warmly with a refreshing Caribbean drink and a cool, wet towel—such a thoughtful and welcoming touch in the beautiful (but very hot!) Punta Cana weather. Check-in took place in what felt like a VIP lounge, complete with air conditioning (a blessing!), sandwiches, pastries, wine, juice, and more. It was the perfect way to ease into vacation mode. Once checked in, our luggage was taken to our room, and our butler personally escorted us while explaining the property and daily activities. Speaking of butler service—we added it, and it was worth every penny. Our butler, Santiago, was exceptional. He struck the perfect balance—never intrusive, always available when needed, and consistently warm and friendly. His smile alone made every interaction pleasant. We were also lucky enough to meet some truly incredible staff members who made our stay even more special. Reyson, a bartender at the Asadito Steakhouse, was beyond amazing. Not only were his drinks fantastic, but his personality and entertaining tricks while pouring made every visit memorable. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. YOU ARE THE BEST! Then there’s Rafaela—an absolute star. We seemed to run into her everywhere, and every time she greeted us with a smile and top-tier service. One evening, we witnessed her handle a very busy and stressful situation at the steakhouse with such professionalism, grace, and control. It was impressive to see her step up and support her team so effortlessly. Rafaela, you truly rock. We also want to give a huge thank you to the See & Sea Restaurant team—Rafaela, Luddy, Stephany, Janett, Amy, Dary, Jorge, Carlos, and others whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch. Every single one of you made us feel special. Your energy, professionalism, and kindness left a lasting impression on us. We didn’t just take photos—we created meaningful memories with people we genuinely hope to see again someday. If we could bottle your personalities and bring you back to California with us, we absolutely would. We also want to give a special shoutout to the amazing team at Flavors. There were so many wonderful staff members there who made our dining experiences enjoyable, and while we didn’t catch everyone’s names, please know your efforts did not go unnoticed. We did have the pleasure of taking a photo with Laura, who greeted us with a warm smile every single time we saw her. That kind of hospitality truly goes a long way. We strongly believe in excellent service, and that is exactly what we received—not only from the individuals we’ve mentioned in this review, but from every staff member we encountered throughout the resort. Each interaction reflected care, professionalism, and genuine kindness, and it made all the difference in our experience. Majestic Elegance exceeded every expectation we had. The service, the people, the atmosphere—everything came together to create the perfect honeymoon. We will absolutely be returning, and next time we plan to bring our family along to experience this incredible place. Beach was very walkable a beautiful. Lots of pools. Food at resort not great. Staff seemed rude unless you provided tip money for everything every time you needed something
