“Week of beach and golf in Punta Cana”
Staff was amazing. Food was delicious. Harry (our concierge) got us into every restaurant. The beach is clean and comfortable. The golf course (Cocotal) was fun and challenging enough.

“Overall experience not great”
Customer service was poor. Some staff members weren't hospitable. Our rooms weren't cleaned one night & the other nights they came LATE. The hotel room inside door lock didn't work as well as our refrigerator didn't work the duration of our stay. Definitely not a place i'd rush to visit again.
