Resort itself & beach are both amazing , though the resort was full it never felt crowded , very rarely had to stand in a line . The beach is absolutely amazing , and kept extremely clean . Staff were all extremely nice to deal with, all very friendly and happy , bartenders were usually singing and laughing which was awesome to see . Food is definitely mediocre, not great but nothing that would ruin your stay . One complaint would be that the fridges in the rooms are not stocked with any beer or pop. Overall very good experience 👍

Beautiful lush resort. Excellent beach. Lots of bars. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms are definitely a big problem. It was hard to shower without making a huge mess. Toilets were very old and the shower showed many signs of mold problems. Not sure why there is a big window between the bathroom and the main bedroom area. It was nice to have a balcony to hang out on. Check in was an awful process. Our room was not ready at 3:00, nor was it ready at 4:00 p.m. After a long day of travel?? Limited drinks menu. Aperitifs were not free. Mixed cocktails were good. Wine was sketchy but Dominican is better at rum than wine. Buffet was largely decent but don't expect this to be a vegetarian/vegan friendly place to visit. Lots of meat, nothing is labelled. Meat every where and in everything! Like bread and tropical fruit?? Plain salad?? You are good to go. BORING. Main pool had lots of activities going on. Four stars on the beautiful lushness of this resort and the beach is amazing. The lobby bar is a fantastic place to hang out. The pool bars are great. Bit of a language barrrier at most times if you don't speak Spanish. I would recommend this resort if you are not fussy about your room and are not picky about your diet. Not for vegan or vegetarians. They did offer a gluten free food zone. Just pretty much the same as the rest of the buffet except without breaded items. Not much different.

Pros The rooms were good and spacious with comfortable twin double beds and a good shower. Only downside is that they did not provide enough shower gel and shampoo. The resort had good areas that you could sit down and chill, the beach was decent with good scenery's and the bars served good cocktails apart from two which were too sweet. Only way you could enjoy them was by mixing them with a bit of water. They had a gym you could use and they supplied free water despite it not being very cold. I never got to try their spa facilities but you have women walking around the resort offering massages. The only food I enjoyed during breakfast were the omelettes and fried eggs whereas everything else was either mediocre or not good enough. The quality of the restaurants were decent but the French and Italian restaurants main course were my two favourite meals I had on the resort whereas the Chinese was decent but the fried rice could have been better with slightly less salt. Cons This resort is only tailored towards family and not recommended for anyone that is looking to travel for parties. You had to pay to allow guests to enter the resort as all resorts I saw in Punta Cana had security as outside the resort is not safe to explore. If you want a resort with parties, you need to select an adult only one but do your research to see which ones have parties. The juice options during breakfast was limited as they did not have the traditional juices such as apple juice, orange juice etc. Instead, they offered papaya juice, melon juice and tropical juice along with fizzy drinks. They messed up their scrambled eggs as they are too runny and they had no bacon for breakfast. I also wasn’t a fan of their waffles. All the remaining dinner spots were not good enough as the sushi was too salty, the bbq spot was mediocre and made one of my friends get food poisoning and the Mexican spot served average food. The food that buffet served some decent options but not enough food options. Another thing to consider was one of the meat options that seemed kinda pink which made me avoid it just in case. The food truck was awful in my opinion which played a factor into why the ratings for food can not be high. Overall, I would give this accommodation a 6 out of 10.
