Resort is beautiful. The Entertainment team was full of Energy ALL DAY! Plenty of activities to do and lots of fun to be had! Jorge (Blue) from entertainment team was Awesome! Kept everyone entertained and the party going!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🩵🩵🩵🩵

Great: Entertainment, especially the shows put on the Blue team and the nightly dances in the lobby. Attentive staff at restaurants. The Bluemoon is a gem! The convenience of a shuttle to take you around the hotel area if you're done with walking. Good: The buffet and the choice of restaurants available to you during your stay. The selection of included drinks in your package. Spa was wonderful but maybe a touch over priced. The ability to always be able to get fresh beach towels if you so need (could be great if this was offered at a secondary location). The room was always stocked with fresh water bottles and made up fresh each day. Very friendly waiters and service members. Not so good: The room is dated and as many pointed out some of the amenities were lacking. The a/c in our room was blowing warm air for a day which made it quite uncomfortable. We were promised a jacuzzi in every room when I booked through another agency and that just isn't true. There was no hair drier in the room until we called. And it would have been helpful to have an umbrella included in every room for when the rains come in. The app system to reserve the special restaurants never worked for us even when we tried using during the time window. We had to go to the special counter to make a reservation instead. This special counter is sometimes an hour long wait to speak to someone as it is the only place to order the drinks buckets, make reservations for the special romantic dinners AND the special restaurants. I just returned from a week stay at the end of April 2024. There were some good things as well as some not so good. For starters the pools and beach were very nice. Our room was a Privilege Honeymoon Junior Suite. It was ok, very plain but everything seemed to work. No Nespresso machine as promised however instead a cheap run of the mill single brew coffee machine. The good, actually the great was our server for breakfast in the main buffet named Jorgelina. She was very sweet always remembering us and our coffee and tea preferences. Always had a smile on her face and made the start of everyday very enjoyable. As well and unfortunately I do not remember their names but the privilege pool drink waiter as great as were almost all of the bartenders at all the bars. Especially good was the young man that made us our after dinner Irish coffees at Mike's Coffee. The not so good were the butlers. With Privilege you get a room butler a pool butler and a beach butler. They are all unnecessary and I would of actually preferred if I didn't have to deal with any of them. As well much of the staff at the various restaurants with the exception of course of the ones I named earlier really don't seem to like their jobs and gave the impression they didn't want to be there. The worst was the Air Canada rep in the lobby. We went to see her once the day before we left to confirm the time the bus will be taking us back to the airport. She actually never even looked up from her phone when dealing with us. She simply said 'flight number' and then when we responded she replied with '10:10'. That was it. I cant remember ever dealing with such a rude and disrespectful person and certainly expected better from an Air Canada representative. At the end of the day this resort was ok. It was decent value for the money however I would not return as the service and food quality was not up to par with other albeit more expensive resorts I've previously stayed at.
