I chose this hotel for a family event after staying as guest last year. I was very pleased when I stayed for christmas that I decided to choose them as the venue for my daughter's quinceañera. They went above and beyond with every detail for my family and guest to feel comfortable. Everyone from the front desk, security, breakfast restaurant, SKY bar, house keeping even management was excellent. I recommend this hotel 100% The pictures in the their website does not do them justice, the rooms are prettier and comfortable than what they look like there. maybe they should update them. Overall my experience was satisfactory, no complaints.

“Good location with free breakfast.”

Hotel is close to everything with free breakfast. Jose hernandez st recepción was very helpfull. He goes beyond his duties to help customers. Breakfast Is a good one with frutas Coffee hambre and scramble eggs. Dar condición is good. Hotel locación is excelente. Clode to everything.

If you have a car turn left just after the hotel entrance and the car park is half block down on the left. Parking cost s $12.60 USD per night. Check in time is after 3pm and if you arrive after 3pm you still have to wait for housekeeping to finish your already assigned room = annoying. Just put me in the same grade of room that's ready! Room 208 in the Colonial Wing was shockingly small. Not even a chair to sit on. Two night tables but only one reading lamp. There is a small balcony which isn't usable and the glass door just lets in street noise. Street music was pounding into the room until 11pm on a Sunday night. Small functional bathroom with just 2 bath towels, a bath mat, one hand towel and a few toiletries. No surface to put anything on except for the back of the toilet and that's already occupied with toilet paper as the toilet paper roll holder is broken. The safe didn't work so we had to call for it to be serviced. Why can't they just do that on their own on their own time before one checks in? Four hangers in a tiny closet and the mini fridge full of their for-charge drinks. They want $4 USD for a bottle of water. At least there was a coffee machine, two small bottles of water and a meagre offering of coffee. And the room was clean, and the towels and bed linens comfortable. Sadly the bed was very creaky. There is a roof top bar on the 4th floor with no view to speak of but lots of seating. The staff were friendly and the bar drinks good. The breakfast buffet, also on the roof top deck, was very nice and the staff very attentive. Not exceptional coffee or food but something for everyone and you shouldn't go away hungry. There was a housekeeping request sign on the door which we engaged at 9:30am but when we came back after 2pm it was still hanging there and no house keeping had been done. We chose this hotel because it had parking (even if you had to pay extra for it) and, as far as I experienced, that and the proximity to explore the Colonial District on foot are the only reasons to stay.
