“Great treatment. Will go back there again.”
We were there and got a small room. Turns out the rug was dirty and in the morning had no hot water. Had a conversation with the front desk and they transfer us to a better room, gave us hot water and never argued or got upset. Kept the good service and respect till we left. The hotel is in the middle of a low income neighborhood so there are not too many things to walk to at night safely. They have an underground parking garage with security which was nice.
