“This was a great experience 😊”
We were here as a family and everything went smoothly. The staff is very friendly. The concierge Ibrahim took care of all our trips perfectly. He was really taking care of us and we felt welcome. The hotel is new and near the sea, so you can enjoy the pool and the beach as you like.

“Amazing”
Amazing place for a relaxed and calm holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very kind, all of the waiters are extremally helpful! Khaled Mahmoud was always playing with our daughter Amelia and she loved it!

Everything was perfect – the hotel is spotless, and they provide everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Great place to spent holidays. Service staff is the best from the beginning of check-in. At restaurant all waiters are kind, but Ahmed Fathi is top of the top!

“Doubletree elgouna”
The hotel is high quality, the service is exceptional and Mohammed at the pool bar is exceptional and girgis in the main restaurant showing great service nothing is any trouble for any of the staff. The towel guys start the day with a positive note
