We stayed here in April as a family of three and were really impressed by the hotel facilities, endless activities, and a fantastic kids' club. Everything was very clean and modern, and the staff were simply superb. I loved having the choice of multiple pools while still having access to a great beach. There were always plenty of sunbeds available and usually not too long of a wait for the bar staff to take drinks orders. I would say depending on which side of the hotel you're on there is building work next door which is very loud. That's what the 'garden view' is. This woke our toddler up but we were quickly moved to another room. And the beds in the rooms were a bit too firm but that's a personal preference. Usually, we are the type of family to do excursions, but on this occasion, we stayed in the hotel for the full 10 days. There was really no need to leave! The buffet food was always very varied, though I would say it was quantity over quality a lot of the time. The à la carte restaurants, on the other hand, were simply divine, particularly the Mexican restaurant. The only one that was a letdown was the Egyptian restaurant; while the food was excellent, the service was sadly very poor during our visit. I would like to give a special thank you to Sameh, who worked in the main restaurant. He always made breakfast special and entertaining. My child always wanted to pass through the restaurant just to say hello to him, even if we weren't dining there. And an even bigger thank you to the Front of House Manager, Saad, who is customer care personified. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to deal with matters quickly and efficiently. Due to his care and attention, as well as the rest of the wonderful staff, we will certainly be returning to this resort.
