Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! From Mohamed at reception to Ali at the lobby bar, and Bassem by the pool – the service was exceptional. “Fab couples stay”
All staff make an excellent effort to get to know each guest, we stayed for a week as a first holiday together without the kids! Attention to detail from the bar staff to the towel/ beach team was impeccable. We could thoroughly relax and be well taken care of, but chose to do lots of trips via Sun… more

“Excellent service and hospitality”
Can’t fault this hotel Svetlana is lovely and warm extremely helpful in guest relations, staff in reception, restaurants, bars, (too many to name) very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. 2nd time we have been here and whilst there this time we have booked a return visit.
