First thing the hotel is a typical Egyptian 3 star hotel. But you get what you pay for. Secondly the hotel is 45 % Germans, 35% Russians the other 20% is made up of British, Polish, Austrians and the rest of the world When you book an all inclusive you expect the hotel to have food and alcohol but unfortunately this hotel constantly ran out of beer, wine and spirits. Staff Ahmed and his restaurant staff do everything to help you at meal times and are very customer orientated, unfortunately same cannot be said for the barstaff. Constantly on there phones or chatting up the women or just walking of the bar. As for the beer, it started with 5 Star 4.5 % (wouldn't give it two stars) they then changed it to Stella 5 %. The barstaff are also miracle workers because they can get 4 beers from one can with a massive foam heads. Restaurant This has a lot of selection for meal times. Breakfast - the usual things are available including an omelette station and a panini station. Lunch - usually a meat and fish station with various types of vegetables and rices. They also have a pasta station. Downside is that French fries and ice cream are only available at lunch time Dinner - a large selection of different things from either the grill outside or the main station inside the restaurant. Al la Carte 3 different ones to chose from. All freshly prepared and cooked, but you have to book via reception with the tickets you are issued upon arrival Bun and Fun - Burgers, shawarma or fajitas ( also doubles up as the afternoon snack bar) Italian - 5 course meal (soup, salad, pizza or pasts, steak or chicken or Oriental - Egyptian buffet style All are worth a visit Accommodation Rooms - old fashion key no smart key. The rooms are adequate but dated. Bed linen wasn't changed daily and towels are clean but worn and thread bare. Animation team They try hard to encourage all guest to join in whatever games they play. Very chatty with all guest and between them they speak a multitude languages. Evening entertainment is run by the team. There could be a quiz, fire show, oriental night, live singers or a Brazilian show, check with them daily Downsides of the hotel Hotel is miles away from everything but a taxi to Hurghada Marina and back should cost no more than 1000 EGP or £14
