Me and my amazing beautiful other half have just returned from our stay at PLR and we can’t put into words how this stay has been for us.. From the moment we arrived in the hotel reception we have wanted for absolutely nothing.. The staff are absolutely amazing! Starting from the management team, but most of all the genral staff you go above and beyond each day! This includes bar staff/waiters/gardeners and the life guards The attention to detail these staff members provide is phenomonal, to ensure your holiday is nothing short of perfection We wanted relaxation and that is what we got, we were looked after from start to finish. Ferdinand in the shoe shop within the hotel wow what a gem of a place, a top gentleman who we had a lot of time for, we purchased some lovely items from his store and he was helpful throughout, he was never pushy, just a genuine polite helpful family man thank you for our trainers we love them Mekky in the pool bar never stops smiling and lifting spirits and he makes the best pina colada's Carlos around the pool wow this man works so hard, he is on point with the drink orders and nobody ever has an empty glass, We had the most amazing photoshoot by the hotel done by the professional team inside the hotel.. Ali and his photographer Peter, they made it fun and went through all of our pictures individually with no pressure to purchase any of them, they were great and we highly recommend them, although we purchased them all in the end.. rooaaarrrrrr.. never failed to make us smile The entertainment is low key as people say but that’s what we wanted.. if you want more a short 3/4 minute journey in a buggy that you can rent from the hotel and there is plenty of restaurants and bars Overall this holiday has been more than perfect, we don't think we could match the experience we have had and will definitely be returning. We met some amazing people and a lot of return customers that speaks volumes Thanks for the most perfect holiday we couldn't have asked for more Luke and Linz

Best holiday ever! This is our second time coming and we are already booked for September. We thank all the staff for making our stay pleasant. Big thanks to Khaled Helmy Front Office Manager he helped us a lot.Hammam at the front desk as well. Restaurant managers Osama, restaurant staff, Ahmed Yahia, Ahmed (lunch) Mana, Mina. Thanks to the Chefs who presented and cooked the delicious food. I was asking another chef about a lemon meringue and he surprised me and he prepared a nice lemon meringue, thank you!Guests Relations always checking on us to see if we’re happy with our stay and if we needed anything. Thanks again for the respect you gave us and the Hotel is very classy. To all the people we didn’t mention, thank you!

If you are looking for place to visit to relax this is the place. It’s an adult only hotel and is worth every penny. The Hotel Is so clean in every area, the owners take great pride in the appearance. The place is spotless. The staff They are amazing and so friendly, always there to help you. Nothing is too much for them as you are treated like royalty. Small tips go along way. The Food Amazing with so much variety. The standards are very high and presentation is fantastic. They serve only bottled water , including in making ice , so no issues. If you want a lively party hotel this is not for you, but if you want luxury and a chilled Holiday this is the place to be.

My wife and I have just returned from Premier Le Reve in Hurghada and had a fabulous holiday. The resort was spotless, the staff were professionally trained, for every job, and all went above and beyond. The food was excellent, especially at the weekly Gala night with more live cooking stations added. Would we go back? Probably, Yes, BUT there are are some tweaks, that after talking with many other British visitors, need to be considered by management. If done, our perspective is that this would probably elevate this resort from our solid 8 to a perfect 10. The below is what we consistently heard .... 1. Change the restaurants long trousers rule for men to read "Knee length tailored shorts only". In spite of both my wife and I wearing white tailored shorts, I was refused entry, and so was discriminated against, although the matter was discussed amicably with senior guest relation management. We saw so many guests arriving for dinner in the jeans and trainers that they travelled out in, which was clearly disappointing for so many. 2. The WiFi at 3mbps was sub-standard, with no signal in parts of the resort. Investment in a system upgrade is long overdue, when compared to other Egyptian resorts. 3. We graded the evening entertainment as only 2 star. It typically included jugglers, belly dancers and a fire eater, albeit supplemented by some talented singing duos, but all repeated 7 days later! This resulted in little evening energy. The audience wanted a livelier evening vibe. An easy fix with a decent DJ, perhaps playing music from the 70's, 80's, 90's etc or an Ibiza mix to fill the dance floor? 4. In the peak seasons the entertainment should go beyond 11.00pm 5. The VIP upgrade at $60 per day allowed access to the Executive Lounge and Premium drinks, BUT they were all chargeable at London prices! This needs to be reviewed by Management to perhaps include 2 off each non-local Premium brand Gins, Vodkas, Rums, Whiskys, Brands and Tequila. Other premium brands could then remain chargeable. Consider adopting the above 5 improvements and Premier Le Reve will likely become the undisputed Adults only, all inclusive resort in Hurghada.
