“Excellent hospitality ”
My friends and I much enjoyed staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the service. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean. No disturbing roommates. Beach is sandy and very clean. Animation staff is friendly and very easygoing. Some night shows were breathtaking. No concerns!

“All including ”
Complex is very large we was at sapphire, 1 food!!! Husband and son spend 2 day at hospital, 2 need renovation everything is very old 99.1 % Russian tourist, sea is nice, lots of fish, animation all day around all complex , it is Egypt so make ready for everything, but we are enjoy!

“HKR”
Big rooms but a little bit stinky, needs more cleaning and maintenance. Half of the hotel is furnished while the other half is neglected Even the name of the hotel is not lit The room service is about a bit slow but they are very polite and helpful.
