I was pleased with the cleanliness of the property/room and the friendliness of the staff, especially Ahmed Sameh at reception who went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The pool areas were very nice, although the smaller pool was warmer. The rooms were very nice with balconies and ocean views, Also, we took advantage of the Salma spa on the premises and found Fatima and the Hamam to be a godsend! Thanks to all for a great vacation!

“Fav member of staff Kira”

The hotel staff were really friendly Kira in the animation team was very friendly upbeat and gave us lots to do, I enjoyed my time at the hotel, the rooms need updating but the outside area pool and sea was great! The food is okay but we got bored of it quickly.

Last week we were there for a family holiday, and we sat a lot on the terrace, the man from the staff who was on the terrace aria complained a lot about the hotel and was asking extra tips for his family because of sickness. But the worst thing he did when I was going to the toilet he was asking my wife for her number it's not respectful at all for the rest we had a good time We really loved the hotel and everything but not the way the staff did to ask extra for money

L'hôtel est beau et les chambres sont très bien et spacieuses, avec vue sur les piscines et la mer. La vue de la plage est magnifique mais il n'y a pas de coraux donc pas de poissons multicolores comme promis dans le descriptif, on est venue à Hurghada expressément pour ça, c'est bien dommage. Le restaurant de l'hôtel ressemble à une grande cafétéria bruyante et il n'est pas possible de manger à l'extérieur, il n'y a pas de terrasse et à l'intérieur il fait froid, la climatisation est beaucoup trop forte. La nourriture est correcte mais il y a très peu de choix de boissons. Il propose, soit disant, un restaurant sur la plage pour midi, mais uniquement un choix de 2 sandwichs, pas appétissants et franchement pas bons. Il y a 2 restaurants supplémentaires, 1 italien et 1 poissons et fruits de mer, uniquement le soir et 1 fois dans la semaine pour une réservation de 7 jours. Bémol : on ne choisit pas ce qu'on veut manger, à moins de payer un supplément. Le bar a un choix très restreint de boissons/cocktails et servis dans des gobelets en plastique. A part quelques exceptions, le personnel n'est absolument pas accueillant et serviable. Le wifi est payant, € 10.50 pour 7 jours, mais très performant où qu'on soit dans l'hôtel, même sur la plage. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, comfortable rooms and great views over the pools and the sea. The beach is also stunning, which makes the setting very appealing at first. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly end. We were extremely disappointed to find no coral and no colorful fish at all, despite this being clearly suggested in the hotel’s description. We specifically chose Hurghada for snorkeling, so this felt misleading and was a major letdown. The main restaurant feels more like a loud, crowded cafeteria than a place to enjoy a meal. There’s no outdoor seating or terrace, and the air conditioning inside is uncomfortably cold. The food is average at best, and the drink selection is very limited. The so-called “beach restaurant” for lunch is another disappointment—only two sandwich options, both unappetizing and frankly not good. There are two à la carte restaurants (Italian and seafood), but they’re only available in the evening and just once during a 7-night stay. To make matters worse, you don’t really get to choose what you eat unless you pay extra. The bar also offers a very limited selection of drinks and cocktails, all served in plastic cups, which is quite underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. Finally, apart from a few exceptions, the staff is not particularly welcoming or helpful, which doesn’t improve the overall experience. The only real positive worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi is paid (€10.50 for 7 days), but it works very well throughout the entire hotel, even on the beach.
