I would have rated this hotel 4 stars based on the expectations set by its high price and in comparison to similarly priced hotels in Turkey. However, that wouldn’t feel fair given how hardworking and genuinely polite the staff are—they really make a difference. Areas for improvement: The sauna is very small, and you may have to wait for others to finish, as there is only one available for free use. The gym is decent for a basic workout, with a beautiful view and good Technogym equipment, but it can get quite crowded at times. Drinks are generally okay, but the spirits are below expectations. I also would have expected bottled juices rather than juice on tap. The Wi-Fi is acceptable but could definitely be improved. There’s not much to do in the evening. You can attend shows at the sister hotel across the street (Sindbad), but we found it disappointing. For adults, there is Naz Cabaret, which aims to recreate a 1930s Cairo atmosphere. However, charging €50 for an average cognac is excessive. The pool is in need of urgent renovation. Sunbed reservation is tolerated, which is frustrating and something we’ve disliked in other resorts as well. Power sockets are somewhat loose and not very suitable for European chargers. Positives: Everything else is top-notch. The staff, as mentioned, are excellent—friendly, attentive, and clearly hardworking. Cleanliness is consistently high throughout the resort. The food is always fresh and tasty, even if the variety is somewhat limited, and there can be queues during peak hours. The sweets, especially the traditional ones are definitely the best we've had in an all inclusive resort. The beach is a highlight: beautiful sand, plenty of space, and very comfortable sunbeds

Great resort with a few stand out restaurants, the seafood restaurant location at night is amazing as is the service from Mina ,Eid and Ibram

i had a really good time with my family in the hotel. The employees were really friendly at all times and i felt really comfortable. Also our hotel room was great, we got fresh towels every day and jt was very cleen. the location was perfect because the airport was about 15min away which is perfect. Though they told us that there would be some noise because of the instruction sight, i haven’t heard anything so the noise level was normal. The atmosphere was great, i loved the aesthetic look. The value was good. And the amenities also was great.

Overall the Hotel is lovely, nice rooms, clean, spacious. staff are friendly and helpful mostly. I think theres still a fair amount of improvement required to enhance the experience for the guests. I'm not one usually to moan and complain, but on this occasion it does warrant an honest and transparent review for others, so you know what to expect. We booked the Keif Asian restaurant one of the nights we were there, service was pretty slow, took ages to get a drink even though restaurant is small and there seemed to be plenty of staff around. The waiter was rather disinterested, not really very friendly or professional, he came across a bit rude in all honesty. Food also did take quite a while to arrive. And I apprecaite they have set ways they run the place, but as our son was 5 we asked if they would make allowances for his choice of meals, (there was a sort of a set menu to choose items which he would eat very few items) so we asked if they would make allowances to let him have 2 starters but they declined and weren't really very accommodating. So that wasnt very helpful, especially as you are entitled to eat there by booking as part of all inclusive, there should be maybe a children's menu or some allowances made for younger children, it almost felt as though we were the inconvenience because our kid doesn't eat all the Asian food on offer ( most kids wouldn't eat this type of food) also around the pool they aren't attentive enough about bringing you drinks most of the day.
