2nd visit to this hotel and I must say it as improved a lot ...the hotel is very clean all round i dont think they stop cleaning at all ..food bang on loads of different things to try...staff well they go above and beyond to make your stay amazing and fantastic so friendly though out... we will defo come back to this hotel again and again 😊 plus if you get a chance go see the guys and have the photo shoot done you will be amazed....and another thing there is plenty to see around here all in walking distance 😀

I stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location in Naama Bay. Everything is within walking distance — shops, cafes, promenade — which is a huge plus.The weather at this time beginning’s February was great and warm enough! However, there are also some downsides. In the restaurant, the plates are plastic and often not properly washed — they are frequently greasy. I strongly recommend changing the dishwashing machine and cleaning products, or replacing the tableware altogether. Public areas also need more attention. The restroom near the restaurant is often wet and sandy. What surprised me the most is that this toilet is closed after midnight, and guests have to go back to their rooms if they need to use the toilet. This is quite inconvenient and unpleasant. Also the bad smells beside main pool and hitting pool near to reception , I think This is caused by the water the staff use when cleaning. I recommend changing the water treatment/cleaning products so that such unpleasant odors don’t occur. I would like to highlight the reception staff — Mohamed (morning shift) and Haitham (if I remember the name correctly). They are very friendly, always ready to talk and listen. Special thanks to Natalie from Guest Relations — thanks to her, my vacation was enjoyable despite the drawbacks mentioned above. There is also a new guest relations staff member (a young woman), but she clearly needs more experience and closer interaction with guests. Unfortunately, I did not feel friendliness from her, only a cold smile during conversations. Room cleaning was done daily. Our housekeeper, Mohamed Ali, is a very decent, responsible, and hardworking person. Many thanks to the restaurant management — Yasser and his team, the head chef of restaurant Amer Saber , and Mohamed, the waiter in the main restaurant. Senior management is also polite and professional, keeping proper subordination, which is absolutely appropriate. Respect. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it is not a luxury hotel. The price-to-quality ratio is justified by about 70%. Would I return to this hotel? I’d say 50/50 — the location is very tempting. Entertainment is limited: evening animation for children (mini disco), followed by a show and then a disco for guests. It’s вполне okay. This hotel is not for partying — there are many elderly guests and families with children. If you’re looking for an active party atmosphere, it’s better to choose a 16+ hotel. Overall, not bad.
