Hello We have great time to the heating pool Mohamed Eid Best service in Parrotel Hotel Lagoon and in all Sharm . We are 4 time here in Parrotel, Mohamef Help as every day with a big smile and a Warm welcome . Thanks Mohamed YOU do a Great Job.

I would not consider this 5 star at all, we stayed 2 weeks. The rooms do not get cleaned on a daily basis, the balconys were not cleaned at all. We were given 2 towels between a family of 5 which were not changed daily. Called reception for additional towels which never arrive. The food is not grea… more
