Such welcoming experience, first time at Egypt, well looked after by mohammed, down the beach and on roof top at our hotel. Most welcoming person we had whilst staying here. Friendly and helpful, heart of gold 💛 Thankyou lots and lots 🥰

“Great hotel, pool and aqua park awesome”

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel however the pool is absolutely huge and there was never trouble finding a space at any time of the day. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel however the pool is absolutely huge and there was never trouble finding a space at any time of the day. The waterpark was great, although not all of the slides were on. It would be helpful if lifeguards are more vigilant and ensuring people share the dingies as the Russians were incredibly rude and didn’t like to share! The food wasn’t amazing however the taxi ride into Soho Sauare was less than £2 and there is plenty on offer there, an ice rink and an ice bar, plenty food places, drinks, shops etc. the excursions offered by the hotel were incredible and very fairly priced in comparison to some of the tales we heard around the pool. Our room was cleaned every single day, the cleaner made the beds and left loads of cute displays with the towels and the flowers! The hotel is expanding and will be open next year, plenty more pools and pool bars. Overall great hotel, would recommend and would also visit again. The staff were all incredible and super helpful too. Couldn’t fault a single staff member, always polite in passing etc and nothing ever too much trouble.

“Lovely weather”

Good hotel, take bug spray, some people got eaten alive by mosquitos. Lots of Russians, who are quite rude! Good hotel, take bug spray, some people got eaten alive by mosquitos. Lots of Russians, who are quite rude! There are 2 restaurants, one specifically for the British, food is ok, plenty of it, fresh omelettes in the morning, no proper sausages or bacon. There is a lebonese restaurant you have to book, which is ok. Also an Italian, which is pretty rubbish to be fair. The rooms are ok, a bit tired, but been to worse, rooms cleaned every day, plenty of bottled water provided. There are a couple of shops on site, but they are very expensive, better to go into town to buy souvenirs, oh and barter, they love to barter. The taxis were expensive from the hotel, do we used an app called indrive, so much cheaper! (You will need internet, do popped to the Vodaphone shop to get a sim) Most of the staff are great, really friendly and helpful with good English. The entertainment team are young, and not very experienced, one grumble is the music round the pool, it was soo loud we couldn't have a conversation, complained several times. There is a quieter pool, but no toilets near it. We didn't try the water park but heard it was fun. The entertainment at night was fire! Most nights we gave up. Drinks are ok, all bottled beers, coke, sprite and fanta, spirits are cheap, but drinkable, it's ok to have ice too, oh, use bottled water to brush your teeth! Worth visiting local supermarket for cigs and backie, £15 for 200! The beauty salon is great! We had a couples facial, highly recommend, oh and they repaired a false nail which broke gir free! the massage guys do badger you round the pool quite a bit though, and it is expensive. We booked trips on site, again costly. We tended to use Get Your Guide for trips. It's hot so be prepared, we averaged 30 degrees most days and it's only April! All in all, would we stay there again? Probably not, but definitely would go back to Sharm! Although the airport needs updating! and it's SO Expensive £10 for a chicken baggette!
