Im going to start with how gorgeous this hotel is. Thank you to the amazing staff here.We have had a great time its been our 2nd visit. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily our cleaner has been fantastic. The food has been good especially the ala carte restaurants 10/10 presentation and staff were very helpful and chatty. In the evening theres plenty to do with quite a few different bars for drinks..special mention to Ahmed at the upstairs sports bar always been a lovely hard working guy.. Also Ali at the bar by the heated pool hes been fantastic and works very hard he always smiles. The lifeguards and sied by the heated pool have also been amazing nothing is too much effort for them always looked after us.i don't have anything negative to say about this place. Highly reccomend we will miss u all. Also like to say thank u to the manager hes been brilliant with us hes such a great chatty guy... Hope to be back here again in the future 🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ from us.

We just returned from a week-long stay at ROBB in Sharm El Sheikh, and "amazing" doesn't even begin to cover it. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The Service & Staff The staff here are truly spectacular and the heartbeat of the resort. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, but what impressed us most was their attention to detail—they actually remembered our drink orders after just one day! Adults-Only Pool & Bar: A special shout-out to the team and the lifeguards here. They made our relaxation time seamless and were always on hand with a smile. Housekeeping: Our room was spotless thanks to Abdullah. Not only was it clean, but he went above and beyond by leaving gorgeous flowers and creative towel decor that made coming back to the room a highlight of our day. Excursions & Planning If you’re looking to explore Egypt, you’re in good hands. Mo (our Tui rep) and Emma in Guest Relations were absolute stars. They helped us organize a packed itinerary that ran perfectly: Cairo: A must-do for the history. Desert Safari: Thrilling and well-organized. Boat & Snorkeling Trip: The Red Sea is stunning, and the equipment/guidance provided was top-notch. Final Verdict If you want a resort where the staff genuinely care about your experience and every detail is handled with a personal touch, stay at ROBB. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!

We returned to this great holiday location for the third time on 30th of March. Right from the moment we entered the resort we knew we had made the right decision. The check in process was easy, and we were soon in our well-appointed room which had all the things we would need for our week's stay. Our housekeeper Hamdy kept our room (room 3235) immaculate throughout our stay, always ensuring everything was spotless and our room supplies were fully stocked. The restaurant choices were varied and always had delicious food to eat; we enjoyed every meal we had. Service throughout the hotel is first class with staff always on hand to help in any way they can. We spent most days by the Relax Pool and were well looked after by Gehad at the bar he is a bundle of energy always go and delivering drinks even before you think you want one. The Relax Pool is immaculately kept, always pristine. The pool guys work so hard to ensure things are first class. A massive thanks to Hassom who heads up the pool team. He is a great guy, very helpful and dedicated to his job. As mentioned, the staff of the hotel are so helpful, a particular word of thanks to Merna for sorting out our room extension check out time. In summary, a great place to stay with great staff, great food and drink and excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

“Absolute paradise!”

The hotel stretches inland from a small private beach, through beautifully tended lush green gardens. Scattered in the gardens are low level accommodation blocks which have views over the pools or the gardens. The site is large, but there are numerous pathways leading to the pools and restaurant area, plus a very efficient little electric bus which circles the property every 5 or 10 minutes. My husband has limited mobility so the bus was most welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge with soft drinks, plus water bottles replaced daily. The shower was large with good supplies of hot water and the towels were changed daily. Rooms have either terraces or balconies. We were in 4111 , overlooking the quiet pool. It was slightly set back so was shady. 4110 would have had full sun most of the day. There are 3 pools, plus the beach. A children's pool with water slides and a kids' club, a main pool circling the restaurant area, and best of all a peaceful "Relax Pool". The third was silent, empty and extremely well managed by Gehad the young waiter who supplied us with drinks, water, crisps and fruit punch. The main buffet restaurant, Bay View, is bustling noisy, with hoards of waiters working tirelessly to clear and lay tables, all with a smile and friendly greeting. Many waiters were called Mohammed! The range of food was vast and everything was delicious. A smaller buffet restaurant, Sunset Court, was available for breakfast and dinner. The food range was smaller, but equally delicious and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. There was a third restaurant by the beach .... a bit too far for my husband to manage, despite a lift part of the way. We tried out the 3 à la carte restaurants, all are waiter served and need to be booked in advance. Le Romantique: French food, very tasty and beautifully presented. Al Dente: Italian food, again tasty and beautifully presented. Fisherman's: as it says! The shrimps and salmon were marvellous. A big shout to Emma and her colleagues at Customer Services. She popped up all over the hotel with a smile, a cheery greeting and a chat. She sorted out problems (none) or organised restocking fridge items in the room. Marianna and the entertainment team were unseen by us during the day as the organised activities were on the beach, but they were friendly and welcoming in the evening drumming up support for the evening shows, which mainly involved visiting performers or the very good resident dance group (from Cuba). A wonderful holiday (despite some dodgy weather). We felt thoroughly spoilt and we were treated like royalty! We definitely hope to return.
