First, this all inclusive resort has the most amazing and accessible reef snorkeling! There are so many activities to choose from. The food is very good as well. The service is fantastic and makes you feel like a VIP. Specifically, Mohamed and his cleaning staff, Godux in particular, made sure that we had every item we needed and that we were very comfortable. Without hesitation, I would return to this resort again. Spectacular value for the money!

“Relaxing holiday”

We had a wonderful stay, staff is very friendly & lots of nice restaurants. Thank you to the Sunset court manager Wael, waiter Ahmed & cleaner Abdelazziz for an amazing stay. Our housekeeper Hamdy also did an amazing job!

We recently returned from an outstanding holiday at Blue Reef Oasis. From start to finish the experience was first class, We returned after a break of many years, the grounds, pools and restaurants and especially the staff were exceptional , a credit to Mr Mehmet and his management team and the hundreds of staff from chefs to gardeners and everyone in between , the rooms are airy and well presented, well looked after by the housekeeping staff, all areas are spotless, the service by staff went above and beyond to help , a special mention for Mr Ashraf EAM Food, always available .a great guy who went to his out his way to make sure all was to his standard ( thermometer at the ready lol ) which it was ,hot food and plates , a word for Chef Muhterem a great character always busy , we really liked the sunset court, and la romantic and fishermen’s restaurants ,Ahmed Saad a young star for the future, finally the reason for holiday chill, we used the adults relax pool everyday ,and the bar and pool staff were ab/fab specifically Essam for keeping the drinks and crisps coming, and Ehab for his service and attention re towels, beds and the sun shades thank you, and last but not least, Emma at guest relations always doing the rounds asking and helping with anything you needed all in all wonderful holiday, see you all in October Our Thanks Bill and Catherine

Don't normally write reviews but felt the need to do an honest full review from someone who is actually at the resort as we speak and not a bot adding a review. Let me start by saying that the hotel is general is lovely, lots of pools, staff are very happy and friendly so tip well. There is a good choice of restaurants and food and drinks but can be a bit repetitive, but you get that in most all inclusive resorts. The hotel grounds are always well maintain with staff picking up litter, cutting tree, hegdes and watering plant etc. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The beach is very nice and the coral is amazing so no faults there. Even having said all that I wouldn't go as far as saying that this is a 5 star platinum hotel. There rooms are spacious but very outdated. Balcony doors don't lock, key cards always need changing near enough everyday as the stop working. Bathroom electrics a bit dangerous with light fixings hanging out the ceilings. The beds are comfy, air con bit noisy but they do give you complimentary mini fridge with cans of coke, Fanta, sprite, juice and also water. I think the biggest let down at this hotel has to be evening entertainment. It's not great and unless your a big drinker and want to sit at tne bar or pub bar then you can easy get bored. Pool tables, cues, table football etc are very run down and all mostly broken and need replacing. Again this is a, nice hotel, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it isn't lovely, it has great views etc. Just think that a few things need updating and made bit better. But all the staff are amazing, always happy to help and bring you food and drinks to your table or sunlounger. The infinity pool of great. The only pool that needs a bit of to is the pool with the water slides. There are alot if little mosaics tiles missing on the pool floor with lost of sharp edges so be careful of cutting your feet.other pools are great. You do also constantly get people from spa and water sports walking around pestering you to buy packages from them while you are sunbathing around the pools. Lastly just to warn people, they are currently expanding so there are buildings being built around the complete and you can hear the odd machinery and banging. I think I've covered mostly everything. Again it's a lovely hotel but would give it more than 4 stars to be honest.
