Had an excellent holiday. All staff were amazing and helpful, especially the concierge team and waiters. Food was a bit 'samey' but there are 3 a la carte restaurants which breaks up the food choices. Beware, a la carte are all very large dishes which we left feedback about as you get between 4-6 dishes and ended up leaving a lot of food which seems wasteful. After the second a la carte, we opted for just 3 dishes from the menu. Main restaurant food could have been hotter and more choice although this is pretty much what you get from a lot of AI hotels. Usual omelette/fried eggs and pasta station. Service was great, drinks brought to your table throughout meal. Separate coffee and cake area next top restaurant. There is also a Sunset restaurant that Tui guests can use (which we wasn't made aware of when we checked in) and they serve a good breakfast and evening meal (food was also hot here). Drinks were ok, hubby loved the beer. Could have more choice I think for cocktails. We stayed by the quite pool area which is adults only, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and again, great service. Snack bar is basic with cake and a few sandwiches and fruit. You get more choice and pizza, hotdogs, chips etc. at the beach bar. There are steps down from the main drinking areas to the main pool and restaurants with no lift but can go through reception and down a slope if have mobility issues. Access to the direct private beach is by lift, very quick, no waiting. Toilets/bars/food/snack bars/towel exchange/showers at main pool, quite pool and beach. We arranged a private transfer from/to airport to save waiting for transfers. Only 15 min taxi ride and easy service. Was well worth it to be at hotel at least an hour earlier without waiting for everyone from different flights to get on the coach. We had a late flight back and was picked up at 19:05. You can keep your room on until 1pr or 6pm for 30 or 45 euros. Well worth it in my view as make use of the pool with chance to freshen up up t a couple of hours before you go. Hairdryer in bathroom, as with most hotels isn't as powerful as home but perfectly adequate and I have long thick hair so don't need to bring your own. 2 large bottles of water left in the room daily, even if you hadn't drank it all. Mini fridge with soft drinks replenished if ask. Also 2 small cartons of milk for use in tea/coffee which was provided plus dry milk sachets. Free safe in room. Bath robes and slippers. Air con was brilliant. Room cleaned daily. Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser replenished daily. Also emergency toothbrush/paste and shaving packs in bathroom. Room was fine and has everything you need. Not 5* but it is a 4* hotel before people complain about standard. It was very clean and has everything you need. Grounds immaculate. Beach looked lovely, only a couple of small access points tot eh sea but couldn't swim in it really due to Coral. Small jetty which goes over the edge for snorkelling with life guards. Good security come into and leaving the hotel. Nothing outside of the hotel but we went for R & R so chose not to go out. There is an area to arrange taxis inside the hotel. I think to go main Sharm it was 20 euros return. Buggies take you to/from room/beach etc. if you do not want to walk and arrive within minutes ready to take cases to reception. Evening entertainment, there is a 'pub' with seating in (good air con) and outside and Caribbean Bar opposite. This wasn't in use but you go through it to another large seated open area where singers are. Very relaxed vibe and beautiful views of the pool and bay, There is another entertainment area. We only tried this once and it was awful. No seating and had to wait 10 mins to get a drink at the bar as only one person serving. This is perhaps a more family/lively area but if want more relaxed, stay at the main bar area's above in the evening. Usual activities for kids in the day/evening in the main pool and entertainment area. We really enjoyed the holiday and would recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Reef Oasis Blue Bay and wanted to thank the wonderful staff who made our holiday so special. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. A special mention must go to Ahmed in the restaurant, who always provided excellent service with a smile and made every meal enjoyable. Hanni, who looked after us around the pool, was equally attentive and friendly, ensuring we were always well looked after. Our housekeeper, Handi, kept our room spotless throughout our stay and was always cheerful and professional. We’d also like to mention one of the gardeners, who greeted us every single morning with a smile and a cheerful “good morning”. These small interactions really made a difference and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere. One thing we particularly noticed was how much the staff appreciated the politeness and respect we showed as guests. We always found that kindness was returned tenfold, and every member of staff seemed genuinely pleased to help. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and has excellent facilities. The pools, gardens and communal areas were all beautifully looked after, and there was plenty to do throughout our stay. The snorkelling was incredible!! The only small improvement we would suggest is that the evening live music in the Panorama Bar could start a little earlier but that’s completely personal preference. We didn’t sit at the Arena Bar for entertainment as water near by meant there were lots of mosquitos and I get bitten badly. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to return. Absolutely lovely resort. Arrived 3 days ago. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere,plenty do do for all ages. The rooms are very spacious, always kept clean. Absolutely lovely resort. Arrived 3 days ago. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere,plenty do do for all ages. The rooms are very spacious, always kept clean. Hamdy was especially great 👍 nothing was too much trouble for him. He’s very respectful and polite. Food was lovely . Plenty of choices. WiFi was great. Got good coverage all over the resort. Would definitely come back.

“One of our best Holidays”

Wow what can I say. It has been by far one of our best holidays in a long time. When we arrived the hotel had left some very much needed food in our rooms as it was a late flight. This set the tone of our whole stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the whole resort was clean and the gardens were well maintained. The food has been great though out our stay. Especially in the Sunset Court. The service there was excellent from Wael, it was 2nd to none. Our favourite spot was round the infinity pool were Ahmed looked after us so well. He was great with our daughter and made sure we had a great supply of drinks. He made our holiday for us. Emma from Guest relations has been splendid. One of our family members fell ill (nothing to do with the hotel) and she made sure we were OK and had everything we needed and kept checking our family member was ok. At the start of the break there was an issue with the entertainment not having any English translations but as soon as we mentioned this to Emma and the General manager it was sorted there and then. The General manager was very apologetic and the we noticed an immediate diffrence. That was the only negative of the whole break. We never visit the same place twice but we are seriously considering coming back next year as it was so good. Keep up what your all doing and thank you for listening to us when things weren't right. It made a real diffrence.
