This was my second stay at this hotel in Egypt and once again it was absolutely amazing. I first came at Christmas with my family, and we had such a brilliant time that I knew I was definitely going to go back. This time I came with my best friend, and I’m so happy to say the second trip lived up to every expectation. My best friend enjoyed the stay just as much as I did and was genuinely shocked by how attentive all of the staff were and how perfect the hotel itself was. Everything was exactly as it should be, and we had the best time together. The rooms were kept spotless the whole time by the lovely housekeeping team, who work so hard and really deserve a lot of praise. Everything around the hotel was always clean, tidy, and so well looked after. The reception, bar, restaurant, management, and all the staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything. I honestly couldn’t say a bad word about any of them. A special mention has to go to the animation team, who really made our holiday. They kept us entertained every day with activities and fun, and in the evenings took us out to different clubs which was such a good laugh. Their energy made the whole trip even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. I genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you to everyone for making both of my stays so special. We’ll definitely be back for a third time very soon!

We stayed for 10 days in early April at Sentido Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort as a group of 13, including two young children, and had a fantastic holiday overall. The staff really stood out—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, from the bar staff and waiters to the kitchen team. Service was quick across all the bars, even during busy evenings. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with fresh towels provided daily and bedding changed every two nights without needing to request it. All of the pools were spotless and never felt overcrowded, and the surrounding areas were kept very clean throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms could do with some updating, but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

We have just come back from a 2-week stay at the Sentido Reef Oasis Resort in Sharm El Skeikh and honestly, we had the best time ever! We travelled as a couple (aged 19 & 20) and from start to finish, there was absolutely nothing we could fault about our stay and everything exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Around the pool, we were regularly waited on with drinks and snacks which made the whole experience feel so relaxing and effortless. Every few days, we even had fresh fruit delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch. Our room was cleaned thoroughly everyday and always felt fresh, tidy and well looked after. The entire resort itself was immaculate, everywhere you looked was clean, well-maintained and clearly cared for. A special highlight for us was the main buffet restaurant, Mo’s. The service there was exceptional and we want to give a huge thank you to Asaad and Ramy, who truly went above and beyond for us. They made such an effort to get to know us and we loved chatting with them every single day about what we’d been doing and what we had planned. They even helped us learn some Arabic, which made the experience even more memorable and personal. The buffet food itself was always fresh, with plenty of variety and we genuinely never had a single bad meal there. We also visited the Italian à la carte restaurant during our stay and it was honestly the best food we have ever had. The quality, flavour and overall experience was incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip. The entertainment was also great, with something different on every night of the week, which kept the evenings fun and varied. We don’t drink alcohol, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all, we had plenty of orange juices, apple juices and hot chocolates instead which were all really refreshing and tasted amazing. One thing we really appreciated was the atmosphere. During the day, the pool areas were calm and relaxing, never too noisy or overwhelming, which made it perfect for chilling. In the evenings though, the resort came to life with a lovely atmosphere across the different bars, including live music performances which we really enjoyed. It’s the little things like this that really made our holiday so special. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. Outside of the hotel itself, we had a few nights out in Soho Square (~25 minute taxi), Naama Bay (~10 minute taxi) and the Old Town (~5 minute taxi) which were all very beautiful. As well as this, we also participated in a few excursions that we booked via GetYourGuide. These included Parasailing (~£10pp), Quadbiking through the Desert (~£15pp) and a Snorkelling Boat Trip to Ras Mohammed and White Island (~£25pp). We are a very adventurous couple and therefore these activities made the holiday even more exciting than it already was! All in all, we would really recommend this resort to anyone and we would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday😊x
