I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves amazing feedback. Visited for a week and had the best experience. Food was amazing (I’m not normally keen on all inclusive food ) so much variety and also visited the Italian which was exceptional. Beach and snorkelling so easy to access and stunning . The staff at this resort are unbelievably kind and super attentive they make this place alongside its beautiful setting

I've seen some people criticised this hotel for pathetic reasons.do not take notice of such reviews..I'd like to see other hotels they've visited because this hotel isn't just good value for money,it's outstanding value. Location: stunningly located on a secluded beach with a truly wonderful reef full of beautiful and colourful fish and coral. Room: exceptionally clean and replenished daily,comfortable beds with robe and slippers. Pools: spotlessly clean and maintained.lifeguards on duty at all times. Gardens: absolutely stunning and well kept.the gardeners deserve so much credit for producing such a colourful and breathtaking paradise. Service: last but most certainly not least.the staff here,from cleaners and gardeners ,to waiters and bar staff,reception,guest relations and even the management are simply the best we have ever come across ,wherever we have been around the world.this is the hard work of the recruitment team and management that know how to please customers.we were treat like king and queen from arrival to departure.thank you to every single one of you . However some of them go even beyond that and stand out even more. Mahmood ,the bar manager ,was outstanding,a very special man. Romany on the beach bar,again extra special in his level of service.and then Ali at the blue bar ,was very hard working and attentive. We are so impressed we came home and booked to return in late November. So see you all very soon and keep up the hard work.

The best moment in a great holiday was surprising. I was in the jewellery shop near the beech and noticed there were a good few 925 silver bracelets for sale in the style of van cleef that were excellent value. Got a bargain for my wife after some haggling and the gentleman who runs the shop was the nicest Egyptian gentleman I'd met on my holiday. I'd actually acquired two pairs of earings from him a day or two earlier and if you want a souvenir he's the man to see.

“Fabulous holiday”

Fantastic hotel. Such a lovely well spread out resort. So many pools! Only 2 heated in winter. Plenty of areas nice and not crowded. Fantastic hotel. Such a lovely well spread out resort. So many pools! Only 2 heated in winter. Plenty of areas nice and not crowded. Our room was a bit dated but 100% clean and big thank you to Antonias for looking after us. It was nicely situated on the ground floor with the adults only patio straight outside our patio doors room 2109.I loved the Piazza area live band every evening apart from Thursday they were so good. We were well looked after by Mohammed in there most nights. We stayed in the Sentido bit as it's 2 resorts in one which meant we could use all there facilities but reef oasis beach cannot use ours. We loved Mo's restaurant food was amazing hot and tasty!. All staff in there very attentive. We also ate in the Italian restaurant which was excellent. We also liked the blue bar/rendedezvous bar in the daytime and evening and were well looked after by Aly. We spent some nights up in the Churchill pub which was nice and well looked after by Beshoy such a funny character! But lovely. The nearest bar to our room was the Cactus bar which is lovely area to sit and have an afternoon drink. Samer looked after us well made lovely cocktails and so friendly it was a pleasure to have met him . Also Samer bought drinks round to our patio very attentive. The whole complex is fabulous well maintained gardens and no rubbish spotless! There is also a little shopping area with a pharmacy onsite! Thank you to the Bar manager Mamoud who helped us out and was so lovely and helpful. All the staff whereever we were on the complex went above and beyond. I can't wait to return. Would highly recommend only 25 mins from airport and Namma bay . See you all soon.
