“Hotel is lovely and staff are great”

This hotel is lovely tidy and clean, staff really helpful and happy. Animation team really good get people up and involved plenty of activities to do. Rooms tidy and cleaned everyday with animals made out of towels.

Me and my friends have had the best time here we’ve really enjoyed ourselves, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe with ems and it was phenomenal. All the entertainment was great and we will definitely be returning.

It’s always a delight to find a place that understands exactly what a family needs for a proper bit of escapism. We’ve just returned from a week at the Kiroseiz Parkland with our two children & it’s a little pocket of paradise that is well worth sharing. There’s always a touch of apprehension when you head to a new resort, but from the moment we arrived, any worries melted away. The grounds are simply immaculate, meticulously landscaped gardens that make for a wonderful first impression. And, quite remarkably, we found ourselves with the most stable Wi-Fi we’ve ever experienced in the region; it didn’t drop out once, which made the world of difference especially for our teenage daughters social media needs. We spent our days enjoying the waterpark, which is a real highlight. It’s wonderfully configured, with a variety of slides that kept everyone entertained & the lifeguards being a breath of fresh air; professional, attentive & there to ensure everyone’s safety. We also ventured out to the sandy beach, which was perfectly serviced by the resort’s prompt shuttle buses. By booking our spot the night before, we completely avoided the rather unseemly "stampede" for the bus. A word to the wise: do take note that fruit on the beach comes with a small surcharge & the snacks are kept quite simple, so do plan your day around your appetite. The staff here are the real stars of the show. We didn't feel pressured once to book extras, which ironically made us much more inclined to book an excursion to White Island, though do take a packed lunch along for the adventure. Now, no stay is ever entirely without its minor adjustments. While we were wonderfully looked after from 10am in the morning, we found ourselves longing for a spot of coffee between breakfast & the rest of the day’s activities, a simple pleasure, perhaps, but one that’s rather missed when one is otherwise catered for so handsomely. Furthermore, I’d suggest adding a few more comfortable outdoor seats for that lovely "pre-entertainment" hour; it’s a beautiful time of day & it would be the perfect finishing touch. As for the dining, while it can occasionally become a little repetitive, the quality is a cut above many places we’ve stayed at in Egypt. We thoroughly enjoyed mixing things up with the Indian & Teppanyaki options & understand the Italian & Asian restaurants are undergoing a bit of a facelift, which will be a lovely addition. It’s been a week of rest, sunshine & excellent hospitality. If you’re looking for a place where you can simply switch off, I’d say this is a marvellous choice!
