Lovely hotel, very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Plenty of sunbeds and a beautiful beach. Staff were really friendly which made our holiday, they couldn’t do enough for us especially around the adult bar, and also the restaurant. Tiran restaurant is lovely food with a nice view of the beach. A very big thanks all the staff but especially Ahmed and all his staff pictured in the photo, missing you and that lovely weather.

“Will come to this hotel again”

Thank you to chef Ibrahim for his extra service and to Etab for her wonderful cooking. In general the meals and service here are extremely good. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities are great. We are having a great time and fully intend to return.

Great hotel we had adult swim room which was good however no room to sun bathe and had only one sun lounger. Great hotel we had adult swim room which was good however no room to sun bathe and had only one sun lounger. Adult pool waiters exceptional especially Ahmed Nagy & Mahmoud Rda, they could not do enough for you they were fabulous. All the ala carte restaurants were brilliant no negative comments, I would however suggest that they replaced the plastic glasses more frequently as these had seen better days. Overall great hotel great staff will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit.

Having read all the reviews, I wanted to give our review - family of 4 - children aged 7 & 9, Swim-up pool room. We arrived about 9, our room was ready and lovely 2106, although either side appeared to be bigger? We went to the buffet restaurant for dinner, and this was ok - nothing special but half an hour before closing that was to be expected. This was the only evening we ate in the buffet. We used all of the Ala carte restaurants, both free and chargeable (although not the tepinyake unfortunately as we ran out of time. So If buffets arent your thing, then you are covered with other options. Two nights of the Ala carte we were booked in for 9, but with the children starving by 8, we popped along and they were happy to accomodate us early. I would say the egptian and asian we our favourites. We ate lunch most days at the buffet as the kids love this, only once on the beach as it didnt offer much for my son who is quite fussy. But it worked well to get them out of the shade for a while and into the cool air conditioned restaurant. The staff were all amazing! So thoughtful and attentive, even though we were there at the end of Ramadan they were still happy and friendly despite some not eating all day. We did find that on our last weekend there were a lot of Egyptians in the hotel for 2 nights, not sure if this is every weekend or just to celebrate the end of Ramadam, but the abruptness and barging in the restaurant was noticed for those two days. Also the staff seemed to be more attentive of these customers than us. No big deal but just worth a mention. My Kids used the kids club every day, they were happy to go, but said the write up on what they were doing was a bit over the top as often it was just games and not what was stated. They liked it however. We used all pools, as well as our swim up and tended to spend the morning on the beach and the afternoon by the slides. We never had an issue finding a sunbed at all. On the beach the guys will help you find somewhere and move beds around to suit. We snorkeled - kids too - but they said the water hurt their skin - both sometimes get dry skin - although not at that time - but might be worth considering dry/wet suits next time. We went out on the morning dune buggy trip, this was great and our guide Z was fab, even helping us source a taxi for a trip out to Farsha. We then only paid £20 return, rather than £30 or £40 others had quoted. This is def. worth the trip at around 5pm - lovely pizzas too! I would say dont judge this place on the bad reviews, it is what it is, a great hotel in a holiday resort which doesnt charge the earth. Some areas could do with a tidy up but im sure most peoples homes could do to :) It used constantly and cleaned constantly so its great for what you get. Id say take beach shoes, try all the ala carte, chill on the beach, and try every cocktail of the menu (as I did lol - a great choice for AI). Also a quick mention to the fab waiters at the beach bar who bought drinks to us while in the swim up pool. We tipped most people, 50,100 or 200 depending on their role/service. I would say 50 or 100 a day to a waiter at the beach meant the drinks were kept topped up, the kids had crisps and water without having to lift a finger - and at minimum cost.
