Our experience here was yet again 10/10! this was our 4th time here and we have loved it every time.. i spent my 18th birthday here and all the staff including Yousef, Abdallh, Mr samier, and many more made it the most special birthday for me! The hotel itself was amazing, even though there was renovations going on in the main restaurant (now finished) it was still just as special.. we spent majority of our time at the aqua park which became our favourite pool over the the holiday as it was more lively because the animation team were there and majority of the guests went to that pool too.. the animation team are amazing during the day (i’m sure during the night too but we didn’t attend) they were always doing something with the guests weather it be yoga, foam party, games in the pool and many more. Our room again was amazing the beds are super comfy and the same for the pillows.. although they did put winter pillows on for us which we didn’t need as we were still really hot 🤣🤣 The food was delicious with much variety.. not all food was for the english but you would never go hungry as there was always a good selection to choose from to fill your plate up.. we never left disappointed from our meal :) Abdallh always greeted us with a smile and bought our usual drinks over to us for every meal and always asked how our day was, which was lovely Yousef was amazing too us during our stay and did everything he could to make our holiday the best it could be (especially my birthday).. always bringing us top ups for our drinks, making my mum a latte, whenever she would ask, anything you could think of he would do it for us. Yousef works on the bar during the day which tends to get quite busy, but after every drink he would make for a guest he would always clean up the mess after himself, he would often speak to guests in their language too as there are quite a few different nationalities that come to the hotel, learning different languages is hard, so to see he has made an effort to learn their language shows determination and care towards his job!. whenever it is quite he will do deep cleans of the bar, which is nice for guests to see so they know there drinks are coming from a clean place. Mr Samier, was always checking in and making sure everything was okay. and if we ever had a problem he would sort it straight out for us There are plenty more staff i could talk about as they all are amazing at the job and care a lot about their guests. but i would be here for days talking about everyone so to those i didn’t mention Thank you so much ! Overall the hotel was amazing and we have just booked to come back again in june ! staff 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, food 9.5/10 service 10/10

Average hygiene inside the rooms. Room maintenance should be improved. Shower water was not hot enough. The animation team did their best and are very dedicated. Average hygiene inside the rooms. Room maintenance should be improved. Shower water was not hot enough. The animation team did their best and are very dedicated. The pools are amazing and so is the water park. The reception service was not as expected. You can never reach them by phone and that's on purpose. Every time you need support you have to go personally to the reception area. I personally did not like the food. That's a personal preference but for me that was something I did not enjoy. All staff are very supportive and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the territory is not small and well-kept. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. the team of animators is the best team that I have seen in all my experience of recreation in hotels. the food corresponds to the level of the hotel and is delicious. therefore, I advise you to relax at the Parrotel aqua park resort, the hotel corresponds to its level, and the animators are a separate plus.

Special mentions for Yousef Serag Eldien for just being the best barman in the world and Abdallh Hesham (Diesel :D) in the restaurants for such brilliant service and just being so friendly with us and with everyone <3
