We rented a maisonette with capacity for 6 people, although this was to house 4 as we weren't looking to use the sofa bed. Downstairs is open plan with a mini kitchen in the corner, plus a living area with a dining table with four chairs, plus a sofa bed. There are doors leading to a little area of decking with a plastic outdoor table and chairs. Our little terrace was facing a couple of others but they're all quite well spaced out. There's also a separate toilet downstairs which is useful. Upstairs there are two bedrooms plus a bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms are small but not tiny. There's a double bed in one and twin beds in the other. The twin bed room only has a skylight, which gives plenty of light, but zero view. Also, there's no shade for the skylight so when the sun comes up the room is lit up. Everything is pretty worn but it's all reasonably comfortable. There's a small pool on site but it's enclosed (in glass). We didn't use it so I can't comment on it. The site is maybe 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town, or just a couple of minutes drive. There's a supermarket just where you arrive at the town, with everything you would need, and there are plenty of restaurants. Just be aware that everything closes pretty early and in high season restaurants tend to get booked up well in advance. You can't head out at eight o'clock thinking you're going to easily find a place to eat.

Its situated a walking distance of 900m from the beach. Down in the village of Morgat there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket. The residence's surroundings are well kept except for our apartment which lacked maintenance etc. The beds are not exactly where one is likely get a good night's rest. There is no free wifi ( guess its unimportant). However, there is the possibility to buy wifi for a week, which we did, but it never worked at its optimum. Basically a waste of funds. The staff are extremely helpful and do their utmost.. The pool which was supposedly warm was otherwise which made it unpleasant to make use of it. The good news: they offer a bread service and it is very quiet on the whole. I endorse the rating as Very Good due to its location

We were family of three adults and three children youngest four eldest twelve, all loved the pool, although weather was poor we found lots to do. Morgat was a lovely small seaside French town. House was very clean and suited our party. Outside space was well looked after, plenty of space for children to run around. Only draw back was booking in time as already highlighted we had night crossing and decided to stop on way so we didn't arrive to soon.
