One of the best places we have stayed, 4 nights, clean, everything you could want. Throw in a pool and spa and its fantastic. Big rooms, air con, easy access to Vannes. Supermarket, and fuel two minute away, second exit on round about. Also local bus into town end of road. Really can't fault with the exception of the out side chairs and tables not really comfortable. Staff very nice.

“Good aparthotel - great parking and dog friendly. Good location...”

Busy reception area.....we had to pay in full on arrival, but asked to see the apartment; it was on the first floor and first impressions seemed different to the web site images of a 2 bed apartment! Staff advised they were all very similar. We had a dog and asked if there was a ground floor apartment available. Luckily one was available! This apartment seemed a little more spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly in making this change and it was appreciated! The apartment was light with lots of windows (good curtains), but with excellent heating and seating; the bedrooms were comfortable as was the bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen was very good, a small pack of essentials, with enough utensils and cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. Outside was lawned with paths to parking which was excellent and had EV charging points. The facility had a small shop and bar along with spa facilities. The booking for the pool was a little complicated!! Only used once.... The location was excellent for major roads and large shopping centre. A couple of restaurants in walking distance. It was a mixture of new buildings, offices, colleges and was busy during the day. To service the apartment was an extra charge if needed. The apartment and located suited us for what we wanted.

A very pleasant stay at the Adagio Vannes. The apartment was well maintained and spotless, large for 2 people and fully stocked including a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, extra bin liner, toilet roll, shower gel and hand wash. The spa and pool are clean and pleasant although not large. You book a slot and get a key card to use the pool and spa facilities, this is easy to do and prevents overcrowding. The gym has cardio machines but not much weight training equipment and some machines were not working (reported to reception). There is a small on site shop and at the end of the stay you are asked to run the dishwasher and take out all rubbish. There are conveniently situated waste storage at the 2 rear exits. For stays longer than 7 days you can have a change of linen and towels on a day of your choice which was good. The self service laundry facilities are good, 5 euros to wash and 2 euros for a 2 hour dry, you may need another drying token for a large load of clothes. The hotel is in a business area so be prepared to self cater, drive or get a taxi in the evenings. There is an excellent supermarket with petrol station within 5 minutes drive and a shopping centre district with a number of chain restaurants. Finally if you are an Accor Silver member, at all other Accor hotels you are normally given a free drink, this hotel’s policy is not to provide the free drink to Silver members however all guests are offered a glass of cold water at reception.

Booked as a one night stopover for a family of 5 in their 2 bdrm apartment. We arrived early and were greeted by a rather unfriendly receptionist who sent us away with no offer for use of a luggage room, the bar or recreational facilities the Adagio Spa boast. It was a most unwelcoming start. We paid €285 for a one night stay with the intention of a little indulgence which is what this hotel appears to offer. Though the hotel is clean, with lovely decor throughout there is a lack of attention to detail which renders this 4 star hotel rather under performing. The leisure facilities look impressive however our ‘complimentary’ 90 minutes using the spa facilities, timetabled at check in left us wondering if we were allowed back in during our stay? The 15 minutes allocated to us for a luke warm jacuzzi was acceptable enough but the sauna and steam room were also poorly heated so all in all the experience was disappointing, heightened by the metal rail installed in front of the steam outlet which burnt the back of your leg as you sat down. Some signage may be helpful here! Our two bedroom apartment (to sleep 6) was spacious and well presented but had only two very small bedside tables throughout which meant we needed to juggle furniture for glasses of water and phones etc. Odd! At check in we were asked to remove our rubbish from the apartment and place in the bin outside upon departure. Understandable for a prolonged stay but for one night, was a first for us! The service in the bar was friendly enough and the surroundings were delightful but again let down by poor attention to detail. Being served flat/warm fizz at top prices and needing to ask for an order more than twice got uncomfortable particularly with only two parties in the bar. The hotel is located on a campus which feels a little like you are staying on an industrial estate, and when waking to a cement mixer at 7am affirmed our first impression. If planning to use this hotel as a holiday base you may feel disappointed but as a stopover it’s perfectly adequate although comes with an over weighted price tag.
