Rooms are a little small but are clean and comfortable even if the mattress was a little hard for our liking. “Ideally placed”
The hotel is slightly quirky in decor but is lovely and ideally placed. It is next to a pedestrian area, close to the promenade and the tram, convenient for the train station. All levels of staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold selection.

Excellent hotel great location very close to the Jean Mexican tram from the airport promenade de anglais 5 minutes walk close nice ville train station quirky hotel in a very old building all the rooms are different size and shape very courteous staff

The Mercure is a chain hotel so doesn’t have a lot of atmosphere. Our room (standard double) was fine, perhaps a little on the small side.
