My family and I have visited this hotel 3 times. Each time the entertainment team , bar staff , receptionists , cleaners and every other staff member works extremely hard and keep up and amazing attitude. I can't really fault any of the hotel. Fabulous location hotel very clean food what you would expect from a big family hotel so ok staff at reception not very helpful as friend lost handbag and didn’t want to know sunbeds a nightmare would I come again probably not
