We arrived far too early just to leave our luggage there and get a City map. To our surprise the extremely friendly staff did everything possible and our room was ready after 20 minutes! “Reception is not 24/7 - Had noise issues while closed.”
On the last night there was a lot of noise from another room, as reception desk is not 24/7 was unable to advise anyone and had too deal with the noise. As for the noise did ask for an extra hour in room after check out as did not get much sleep night before and was charged 10 euro per hour.
