Nice residence with apartments in main building or in separate buildings. Small kitchen well equipped for own cooking. Fridge with freeze box. Dishwasher. “relaxed place !”
we stayed one week at P&V Houlgate. we booked a cottage for 8 persons, with our family of 4. this was enough space, although not exagerated big. nice pool area and spa. good location for trips in the area (Deauville, Cabourg, Caen). nice and clean park.

“Great potential but poor maintenance and rude staff”
Good location. Nice view. Nice outdoor pool. Staff is on the defensive and busy justifying the shortcomings of some problems: garden COCKROACHES are apparently NORMAL and aren’t a concern. Noise from chairs from upper levels units “cannot be helped”. The cleanup before our arrival is poorly done… more
