“A great stay”

The decor in the communal areas was - very much! - not to our taste but apart from that we couldn’t fault the hotel. It was great to have a swimming pool, the bedroom was comfortable (and tastefully decorated!) and the breakfast was excellent.

Le M Hotel location is ideal just a 10 minute easy walk from restaurants and entertainment. Our room was clean, great bathroom amenities and adequate in size. Le M Hotel location is ideal just a 10 minute easy walk from restaurants and entertainment. Our room was clean, great bathroom amenities and adequate in size. We did not use the pool but noticed it was very popular with guests. The lobby area is great for socializing and lots of games should you wish to participate. The staff are friendly and there is ample parking. Saving the best for my last comment which is the breakfast was delicious , great options and plentiful.

Good, but could be very good with just a little effort. Staff (receptionists) were nice and helpful, room was clean and functional, my room had windows that opened wide, which is something I like. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice selection and I felt the price was reasonable. However, a few negative things just prevent this hotel from being much better. Some of these negatives are small on their own, but they all add up. No shower curtain in the bathroom, so water goes everywhere when you take a shower, no safe in room, no dressing gown or slippers in the room, this is more of an issue when you want to use the pool/sauna/steam room etc. No fridge in room, no coffee/tea making facilities either, obviously I understand they want you to go to the bar, which I believe is 24 hour, we did go to the bar and the bar is good but I still expect something in the room. And whilst the pool, sauna and steam room are great, we used them and they all seemed well maintained, where is the water in this area? It is literally the first place I've been too that had any sort of gym, spa, pool area and not had free water available.

Overall and absolute gem of a hotel and very good value. There is a small pool which during our stay was open between 08.00 and 22.00. The pool, Sauna and steam room are included in your price and were not crowded. The room is small but functional whilst the bathroom is ideal (it does need a shower curtain). A kettle is not provided as is the norm in the UK. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old port or a short bus ride and the bus top is virtually outside. There is ample car parking on site, and electric charging if thats your thing. The decor in the hotel is best described as Boutique but it is not offensive. The staff whilst we were there were great and obviously work hard. The only downside to the hotel is the carpet in the communal corridors, which need cleaning, badly! The ceiling in the upper corridor also needs attention due to a previous water leak. There is no lift Overall a nice little place that served its purpose. Would i stay again? Yes if only for the Pudding Masion at breakfast, which was a bit like bread pudding only nicer!
