“Great hotel experience in Biarritz”
Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre, the beaches and the surfing spots. Despite this it is in a quiet place, and double glazed windows ensure you will have a peaceful night. The room was very clean and comfortable.

“Nice hotel, breakfast could be better and the removal of fridges from all rooms with no UHT milk sachets made it hard.”
This is a good hotel overall but with a few features that could be improved to make it great. “Decent hotel at decent price”
A decent hotel within walking distance of the town centre. We booked parking which is a must if you’re driving, €25 a night. Check in was nice with the young guy who was helpful throughout our stay. “Nice hotel !! ”
Nice hotel in good location Not far from centre of town and also nesr the coast/beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful!! Room was modern and spotlessly clean. Room we had was quite small but we only had a short one night stay so wasn't really an issue.
