“Not Lost in Bordeaux”
Bonjour! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were delightful and friendly. Location perfect from train station and to the center of town. Room as showed in pictures. Hotel was full and yet very quiet. Will stay again.

“First time in Bordeaux”
1) Room 145 : Toilet flush is not enough powerfull 2) When you are coming with a car, it's not easy ro park and you have to wait a long time before the gate opens

The hotel was okay but a few things in the room didn’t work. The bath plug was clogged and I to remove the plug The coffee machine had no instructions to use it There were not enough electrical outlets in the room and one did not work We were given an extension board to use All in all it was ok… more
