David and Lea were very helpful and friendly during my stay, especially with my valet parking and luggages. Great location.

“Good”
A nice hotel in a very central area to all sites . The decor is eclectic not everyone taste. The staff were pleasant a very special mention to Mellisa at the bar who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel in Arles and would stay here again.

Maybe it deserves 5 stars but we were annoyed when we realised the hotel was part of the Accor group and we were not allowed to use my spouse’s membership to accrue points.
