“Outstanding Service and Location”

Nice hotel in the centre of Nice, very good location. Rooms are small and bathroom could be bigger too.

“Mediocre experience”
The location is super. The rest is mediocre.The room was too small even though we upgraded. A/C was off for the season which made the room temprature much too high.

“Pool closed for works”
You should have indicate on the site that the pool was under works because I booked the reservation knowing that it was a service part of my staying. I paid the full check but you still are defaulting towards me. How do you plan to make up? Thank you.
