“Hotel de France review”
Excellent boutique hotel- located behind the Negressco hotel. Very friendly staff. Had 3 adults in my room with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Spacious room with AC. About 10-15 minute walk to train station. Highly recommend if you are staying in Nice.

“Sweet lil hotel - great location”
Loved this cute hotel. Would definitely return as we were just there on a transition day for the airport and they have access to a beach club and are in a great location! “Good location but not good on cleanliness”
Location 4/5 close to beach, shops and tram Rooms 3/5 very small Breakfast 5/5 great Cleanliness 1/5 we had a sewer smell I bathroom for entire stay. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Also no mattress protector on beds which isn't acceptable, plus mattress badly stained see pics. Made me feel like… more
