“Good base for the South of France”
I have visited this development a number of times and would recommend it as a base to explore the South of France. There is a nice pool and the development is quite quiet as each building is spaced away from others. It is about a mile from the centre of St. Maxime so may not be suitable for people … more

“Lots of additional costs”
Very well located and safe residence, apartement clean and quiet. Not well declared, what all is included in the rental price. You need a sheet for the bed: 34€, end of stay cleanup 56€ etc. Pool is for free, and also wifi (but wifi connection just 10m around the reception!!!), no toilet paper, no … more
