Depending on the size and type of apartment you book you will have a wonderful stay, those that sleep 6 or more are fabulous, some that are only 4 person with no air con are way way too small hot and uncomfortable. Once you're in the right accommodation all is perfect, great pool and spa, excellent location only a few minutes walk to le brusc seafront and shops, carrefour nearby. The staff are fine, one younger member is particularly helpful. Safe, secure, quite, child friendly, laid back and enjoyable.

Spent one week there with my family. We had booked a flat for 4 persons, it was kinda small but really good organised, clean and comfortable. Anyway next time we're planning to book a flat for 6 persons. The staff was really nice and welcoming. We loved our journey there, there's a swimming pool which is great, the beaches are about 5-10 mn by walking, the village is small but lovely and quiet. A great place for families. Moreover it's close to other cities like Toulon, Marseille etc. But the only thing I was disappointed in it was the WiFi, I paid about 25€ for a week to have access to WiFi but unfortunately it lagged a lot. I couldn't use it. Anyway we're planning to go there again next year.

We were on top floor of our accommodation block. Had no complaints about the size of the accommodation or standard. Our view from the very roomy balcony was stunning. We were surprised however that the kitchen did not have an oven. Air conditioning was also needed but not available because the nights were very uncomfortable because of the heat. We paid extra to have the room cleaned at the end of the holiday simply because it was something we really did not want to end our holiday doing. Considering how much we paid for the accommodation I strongly feel it should have included it being cleaned. Be aware that some accommodation, especially those on the ground floor, have very little outside room and a poor outlook.

Just returning from a week staying here and I must say we had a fantastic time. Family of four, 2 adults 2 teenagers we had a really great time. We have stayed with Lagrange previously and this is our favourite. The quality of the apartment was good. Downstairs living space excellent with a four seater sofa bed, open plan to kitchen, balcony and downstairs toilet. Upstairs was the challenge. 2 rooms one double one twin, both in the eves. I (at 5ft4) hit my head on the ceiling every time I hit in and out if bed. The kids didn't fair much better. Didn't overly bother us mind you. Storage is also a challenge but we made do and used our suitcases for laundry. Best thing about the apartment is the location. A previous review states there are no double beds but we had a double room and a twin room. The beds were very comfortable indeed. The apartments have all you need and a well equipped kitchen in terms of what's typical in a residence du tourism. We showered often and at no point did we ever run out of hot water, that's with 3 women!! There is carrefour supermarket a four minute walk away which is fantastically handy. Just walk out of the property and at the road turn right, the supermarket is at the end of the street. You can buy all you need there. The beach is 3 minutes on from that, just at the end of the road. It's worth walking the length of the beach as you come across some lovely quiet coves and nicer sandy beaches within 10 mins. Thursday is market day and it's worth taking the time to walk around. The Pool was nice but gets very busy later in the afternoon as all the families return. We preferred the beach. If you like wine, check out Bandol and the vineyards, they make a lovely day trip. On departure you do have to clean unless you pay for the cleaning package. If you dont know to bring cleaning products (we didn't the first time) you will have to buy them. Our apartment had a hoover, dustpan and brush, 2 brooms a bucket and a floor cloth. All we brought was multipurpose cleaner for kitchen and bathrooms, a sponge with scouring pad and fairy liquid. To give the place a good clean once we are all packed up takes less than an hour. All in all a great holiday, very relaxing, would happily return again.

This was our 3rd visit to Les Terrasses des Embiez. In the past we have had no complaints, however, this year the place seemed to have deteriorated significantly. Our apartment was not properly cleaned, the balcony railings were stained with bird droppings and covered with cobwebs, and there were blood stains in a few places. The furniture now looks very tired and outdated and the sofa was badly stained. We were there during a heatwave but the staff were not prepared to provide a fan - they were, however, very keen to come and count the teaspoons before we left!! . We were required to pay an additional deposit (€70) for a sun umbrella for use on our terrace. Whilst the pool area is immaculate, there were no sun umbrellas - only a small amount of natural shade available. We won't be going there again I'm afraid.
