Lovely hotel. Much to like. Good location. The rooms are very nice and clean The breakfast provides an extensive choice and is very good quality. Staff are extremely friendly We thoroughly recommend this hote!

Zenitude Antibes was surprisingly excellent. We were used to stay in properties that are 4+ stars, but due to our proximity to parking our car between Marseille and the rest of the Côte d'Azur, this was a very convenient location. Although we were a little confused to getting off the A8 off-ramping to the property, it was easy enough after we arrived. We did not expect much coming to this hotel. The property was very clean. It had all the kitchen and cooking utensils we would need for daily meal prep. However, lacks a sharp knife 🔪 so, I'd suggest checking or bringing one. Family friendly, and the rooms were super quiet. We could not hear anyone. The pool was very attractive and was very well maintained and long. One could do full laps. Meanwhile, we were also surprised by the Sauna and Workout room. Our room had a huge terrace (150 SF) and a dining table for us to eat outside. The quality of the hanging rack and tables were average, there were sun deterioration on the plastic chairs, but this is normal in cities where sun can do so. We would consider this a 3-star property in the US, maybe slightly above a AC or Best Western upgraded. Parking was free and very convenient, as well, once you get used to the labyrinth of the many A, B, C, D buildings. We enjoyed that there was an elevator that went from Garage 2 directly to building A that then connected to building C. Getting in and out of the property was very easy. The check-in staff was very friendly, even though Luis intially did not find our reservation, so, his manager had to assist. Overall: A-

· Easy to access location, though the hotel is not elegant, it is adequate, clean and efficient. Nice pool. Staff is extremely friendly, more than efficient and helpful with questions not even associated with hotel. Loved the very secure parking. Even a garage if the secure parking is not secure enough! And though I can struggle along in the French language, they spoke English! Business travelers would like this place as they need efficiency and easy access. There are small kitchens in the rooms for longer stays. As the autoroute is nearby, it isn't quiet outside. Rooms are quiet when window is closed. But that is clear when looking at the map on the booking.com website.
