Visited the spa, on the recommendation of Maria and had Haris the therapist was amazing during my treatment checked that I was comfortable and relaxed with the right pressure during the massage would recommend the spa on your visit to out of the blue

Stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 boys aged 10 and 7. Our room is 2101 and we are a few nights into our stay. Stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 boys aged 10 and 7. Our room is 2101 and we are a few nights into our stay. Pros - Brilliant hotel with an incredible location the views over the town and the beach’s are incredible. - Hotel is nice spread out, nothing is to far away but also doesn’t feel overcrowded and we could always get sunbeds - The food in the restaurant was always of good quality, perhaps there could have been more child options but they are always happy enough. When the serve pizza it is amazing. - The room we have was very big and separated by a sliding door with 2 bigs TVs and 2 bathrooms. - All staff we came across were brilliant - bar staff were great, the all inclusive included cocktails which was better than expected. Cons - At a 5 star hotel I expect our room to be cleaned every day which is not the case. - a turndown service is advertised which does not happen, it’s like they forgot we were at the hotel. - the restaurant had fridges with bottles of water, this was replaced with water coolers which meant we had to good up and down and the water wasn’t as cold. It would be good to be able to get bottles of water from somewhere. - Mini bar has water and wine in arrival normally at all inclusive this has soft drinks also and would be replaced each day (this wouldn’t happen for us always as our room wasn’t cleaned) - I have seen a lot of comments around the finish and tiredness of the hotel and I do agree that some details could do with looking at such as sun beds etc but I do this a lot of the grounds are in keeping with the local area, it’s in a authentic Greek fishing village and the hotel is in keeping with that but done well. Overall: 8/10 The location and hotel grounds are wonderful. 1. The gardens throughout the resort are beautiful, with plenty of trees, flowers, and greenery. 2. There is a private beach with plenty of sunbeds, a great beach bar, and a stunning lagoon. 3. Several swimming pools are nicely located and offer all the necessary facilities. The food is great. There is a wide selection of meats, side dishes, salads, vegetables, and fruits. Sometimes some dishes are a little cold or overcooked, but there are usually plenty of other good options available. Overall, everything is tasty and should suit most tastes. Staff: In the bars, restaurants, and at the reception, almost everyone was friendly, kind, and respectful. However, the animation team seemed to focus almost exclusively on French guests, which felt strange and somewhat discriminatory, especially considering the large number of tourists from other countries such as the Czech Republic, England, Ukraine, Poland, and Germany. This was disappointing. On the other hand, there were different and quite enjoyable shows every evening. Rooms: I would say this is the biggest drawback of the hotel. Many rooms are quite old. Everything works, but sometimes only just. For me, this is not a major issue because I come here mainly to enjoy the sea. However, don’t expect luxury accommodations. Value for money: I would not pay more than €800 per person during the high season. To sum up, this is a great choice for a relaxing holiday with good service, delicious food, and an outstanding location. It is more suitable for couples and families than for people looking for nightlife. There is also very little to do outside the hotel.

not bad but expected better, we had our own pool, not heated, tiles missing and some just loose on the floor, had a fence on the right and falling over and dangerous, some empty cans in the border, we felt it was tired where it need updating, our toilet door handle came off, the basin was loose, and it was so small and badly designed, the flush ran all the time corners were still dirty, our glass door was faulty but got it fixed, maids just entered rooms and woke our baby up, we had plastic water bottles in our room and the restaurant but they suddenly stopped doing and said it was saving plastic??? TV in room very small Food was ok, restaurants were closed as not peak season and one only open which was fully booked and you have to stay 7 days to get these so we had to go outside the resort a few nights , workman arrived out side our apartment and used an angle grinder to make a cover for a manhole and left sharp chippings and all the dust just piled up for days, overall place nice but not 5 star at all, health and safety not good really, loose paving stones, I saw this piece of white polystyrene about 8inches in a border on the way back to our room, it was there the whole 5 days we were there, all staff friendly would not go back again, shame it looks tired in places and some one to look at these things
