By decision of the Municipality of Heraklion – Urban Planning, the hostel was characterized as traditional. The restoration was done with more care by artisans of the stone so as not to lose the character of the house. It retains all the elements of traditional architecture, combining respect for tradition with the comforts of a modern guesthouse. The eastern courtyard of the hotel has a swimming pool (Pool size: 4m width. / Length 6m. / Depth 1.40 m). The place has a barbeque. Here visitors can enjoy coffee or a meal in the lounge by the pool or dine under the wooden pergola. Room The ground floor has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, large living room with an arch separating the living from the dining room, spacious bedroom with double bed (15 sq.m.) overlooking the eastern courtyard and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi. The living room of the ground floor has traditional furnishing and a fireplace. The ground floor of the hostel around two courtyards is filled with flowers, colors, smells, where guests can relax and enjoy the view. In the courtyard entrance (west terrace) there is an old well and old stone staircase, which give a specific tone in the place. The floor of the hostel consists of a bedroom (15 sq.m.) with two single beds, one bedroom (23 sq.m.) with double bed and a sofa - bed for two persons, bathroom with hydro massage shower (Jacuzzi).
