We booked this last minute and glad we found it. Very welcoming receptionist on arrival, extremely clean and a really lovely hotel that we couldn't fault. Didn't really want All-inclusive but this is an All-inc hotel only. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel isn't big it didn't feel like a large hotel buffet was nice fresh food. Location is great just a 5 min walk to the beach. Not lots in the area but a few tavernas a small supermarket and a few gift shops. We would definately return.

This hotel is definitely a 5****! Everything about this hotel is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The staff at reception at so friendly and welcoming and so helpful with anything you need. The hotel is constantly being kept clean by the cleaners and they also are sp friendly and lovely. Rooms are amculate and the beds are huge and so comfy. The chefs are amazing at all the food they cook. It is very high standard for an all inclusive. Drinks are great. Don't listen to any negative comments, yes the pool is cold but when its boiling hot, this is needed to cool down. This is a truly peaceful hotel which all staff go to alot of effort for. I would highly recommend.

Our two weeks stay at this remarkable hotel will sadly come to an end tomorrow evening when we fly back to Scotland. Some have commented that the town is not pretty and indeed it may lack some charm. Well the hotel more than makes up for that. This hotel is quite remarkable. The staff are highly professional, hard working and those who serve in the restaurant do so with cheerfulness and a determination to make each meal a delight. The food is genuinely gourmet standard and each meal a demonstration of culinary talents you would pay a high price for in the UK. The accommodation is of a very high standard and the quality of furniture, fixtures and fittings is very impressive. The hotel building itself and the grounds would match any 5 star hotel in the UK. The grounds, pool areas and walkways have been brilliantly well designed and the architecture deserves high praise.

“SMALL PROBLEMS ?”

First of all the dining staff, cleaning staff are excellent and deserve praise but they are let down by management . Rooms are really nice, food is very good perhaps somethings could have been warmer but no big deal. PROBLEMS - 1) no way near enough sunbeds, lot of chairs, deck chairs around main pool of no use people want sunbeams not the next best thing. Having to get up at 7 to "towel" a sunbed is not a satisfactory experience. Sunbeds are perhaps too big , you can get 2 people on one so perhaps slightly smaller would cure space problem for more. 2) All inclusive drinks , only one beer to choose from, lots of spirits, wines,cocktails but come on pay 9 euros for a bottle of beer, lager or cider !! corner shop sells same for 1 euro ninety. Really needs addressing. 3) dining area and bar , are seriously understaffed so long wait for drinks etc. coffees provided by bar are always lukewarm, poor. 4) Coffee in morning is a task, staff bring you a cup of right a way , time you go get breakfast its cold and then you have to try and attract their attention to get another one. Perhaps a "machine" in corner like at other hotels would alleviate this problem or a pot of provided and give underwhelmed staff time to do other tasks? 5) serious problem - we were in room with splash pool, now and then slight stink of sewage in bathroom. Room 2007 was open whilst being cleaned and the smell of sewage would have knocked you down. People in that room were moved and I had seen this problem mentioned before on here so management know about it but continue to "let", Extremely poor. 6) Having a pool outside and near to your room ie 10 ft a way IS NOT A ROOM WITH A SWIM UP so careful what you actually book cos prices vary greatly on rooms. 7) Whilst we were there one rooms light came fully on at 3 in the morning and couldn't be switched off, one verandah sliding door fell off when opened luckily no one was injured. Seen something similar on here before. 8) Almost 50% of rooms in this hotel never get sun after noon , that's just the way its built not a great problem as their are plenty spaces to sit and get the sun. This hotel is only open 2 yrs and teething problems 1-4 can be easily remedied if management listen. You might read this and think old moany guts , we did enjoy our holiday , no I wouldn't go back cos I don't think its value for serious money and at the end of the day you're summer holiday is precious you've worked all year and deserve something for your bang. As I said at beginning management lets this place down not general staff who couldn't do enough for you. If management don't address some of these problems then it will come back to bite them in near future.
