This was our second stay having visited last year when then hotel was newly opened. The warm welcoming feeling was the same lots of staff had changed however the service still remained the high standard. Vasilis was always happy to help explain the food … however he is only as good as his team they were outstanding from the breakfast team 💕💕…pool bar young team 💞💞 the evening bar 💕💕 … they work there socks off to hear people complaining about waiting for a drink… disgusting you are holiday no rush .. they do everything with a smile 😘. The cleaning ladies OMG they work so hard with little reviews well mines is 100% rooms cleaned to a high standard towels changed turn down all fantastic. Food more choice than before so they have listened to previous reviews …outstanding If there was one thing or maybe 2 can we have gyros 😘 … as you get busy there might be sunbed wars people who have swim up rooms taking beds until the sun arrives might me something to watch or the 5.30 towel drop off

Having visited last year at the same time, our expectations were fully met and more! This time we opted for a deluxe double (2209) and the room has huge. The staff...although changed drom our first visit, were just as delightful and as helpful. To name a few...Vaslis (service manager), Lia, Sofia and Kali were exceptional. The poolside delivery of cocktails was a welcome addition. Only downside was sun bed reserving. There are definitely ately not enough beds for all guests, yet some lay with towels on them for hours and no guests used them. Hotel was much busier than last year, which is good business, but amenities also need to expand. Massive recognition to the chefs as well.....food is a culinary treat and always able to find something to tempt the taste buds

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for more. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Anna, Georgia and Maria at the spa, who provided a fantastic service. They were professional, welcoming, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and added something extra to our stay. The only very minor downside was that there wasn't a huge variety of food for fussy eaters, but that's a small criticism and certainly didn't take away from an otherwise amazing holiday. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

“5* rated but without the 5* touches”

For a 5* holiday Noble Suites lacked 5* touches. Check in was fine, greeted with a small glass of prosecco and bottle of red wine for the room. Complimentary robes and slippers were a good touch. I was not shown the room amenities including how to lock the main door, turning on lighting etc. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was very heavy and there was not at option to have something lighter. Mini bar was not well stocked. 2 small bottles of white wine, 2 cans of beer and fizzy drinks / water. No spirits and no snacks. I expected a better selection of drinks for a 5* experience. Phone was in the w/c! Phone on the bedside table was not working. No evening entertainment throughout the 5night stay. Buffet food only. Was hit and miss in terms of flavour. Lovely selection of desserts. Some staff were quite friendly, others were brusque. Generally not especially helpful. There was no baggage carry service so I had to drag my case from room to reception at check out (including up a flight of stairs). I booked a cab to go back to the airport and my luggage was left on the side in reception. It was not automatically transferred to the awaiting cab. The cab driver was rude to the point where I insisted on carrying my own bags to the cab boot. It was an unpleasant experience. Overall an average experience. I wouldn't go back to this particular hotel as it is not giving 5* luxury.
