Wonderful friendly welcoming Hotel House staff are wonderful, bar staff are really nice as are the reception staff. Stayed here 12-19 Oct 2025. Not sure how it has got its 5 star rating because from my past experience of 5 star hotels this is definitely not on a par with any I have stayed at.
