“Memorable family holiday”

Great location jump on the number 1 bus to city centre and number 6 return just remember to get off the bus the stop before the atlantica because there's no stop outside the atlantica it's a 2 minute walk to the hotel. “Poor Poor very poor. Don't book this hotel.”
This is the poorest 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in the staff are ignorant and unhelpful. We asked when we checked in for late check out come back day before you leave then they say no and they are not sympathetic with just downright rude. Food is poor same every night and it's like a kindergart… more
