“Super”
We have just returned from our holiday in Crete. I chose Eleni Palace as accommodation and I don't regret my choice at all. Friendly staff, welcoming hosts, ok price-quality ratio, close to the beach, close to shops and the bus station. As a minus, the food at breakfast was not very varied

“Nice family hotel in a small town”
Basically the title sums up our view about this place. The owners were very warm and friendly and the price per night compared to other cities in Europe is very cheap. We got an overall package from the tourist agency and we did not regret any of it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyon… more

“The first time & we will back again”
The first time in this hotel hilton , we are like this hotel & we will back again with our friends and family for more days. Nice location , very close to the beach-restaurants and shops. Very close to center by bus or by car in 10 minites you are in the center of heraklion
