“Wonderful hotel & owners.”
This family are absolutely lovely. I arrived unexpectedly after being in Heraklion Hospital. They went above & beyond for me & I will be eternally grateful. The hotel is a family run business, incredibly clean, with lovely accommodation. I can't rate this hotel, and it's owners, highly enough.

We stayed here for three nights. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room was clean, with everything you need, it was cleaned daily. Wifi was great. This is my second time staying at the Mirabello Hotel. It is not fancy, however that is not something I look for in a hotel. I look for location, security, cleanliness and wifi. Been there in a group of 12 for two nights at the beginning of our trip and at the end of it.
