We spent an unforgettable week at Sentido Unique Blue Resort, and this trip was truly special — it was our honeymoon. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to newlyweds. From the very first moments, we were surrounded by genuine care and hospitality. Check-in was quick and convenient through the app, after which we went for lunch, and then we were escorted to our room, where a lovely surprise from the hotel was waiting for us in honor of our celebration. A huge advantage is that the hotel is 16+, which truly allows you to relax in peace. The property is well-maintained, spotless, and aesthetically pleasing. The beach deserves a special mention. Clean, well-kept, with soft sand and a breathtaking view of planes landing nearby. There were always enough sunbeds, with no crowds or hassle. We especially loved the option to order food and drinks directly to the beach through the app. A huge thank you to the waiters: working in such heat is not easy, yet they were always friendly and attentive. The cuisine also left us with the brightest impressions. Although the variety of dishes wasn’t overwhelming, everything was incredibly tasty and, most importantly, of high quality. The hotel itself is small, and that’s exactly what makes it charming. No crowds, just a cozy, homelike atmosphere. There’s no evening entertainment program, but we truly enjoyed spending our nights at the bar: sipping exquisite cocktails, listening to music, and simply relaxing. We already know — we will definitely come back!

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon so chose it particularly because it was a small, beach front, all inclusive and highly rated hotel. We stayed in a room with a shared swim up pool. The positives are plentiful. The hotel is gorgeously furnished and well laid out. We loved the outside spaces especially and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing both in the all inclusive restaurant and the a la carte restaurant. So much choice and all very high quality. Our room was fantastic and we loved having the extra luxury of the swim up pool for starting and ending the day, although spent most of our time on the stunning beach which is right outside. We arrived very late and were delighted to find a plate of meats and cheeses and other treats in our room. The door had been adorned with a ribbon and wooden heart to recognise our honeymoon and a bottle or red wine with a card was inside. A really lovely touch. Other positives included the little reading library upstairs where I managed to leave my two finished books for other visitors to enjoy and the waiter service to the sun loungers which was absolutely outstanding. We ordered cocktails and drinks and lovely lunches on the app and they were delivered quickly and with a smile everytime. First class! A couple of niggles to mention although it wouldn't put us off returning, (once there is a new airport because that was a whole different story) My husband had an enbarrassing moment where he accidentally used the ladies toilets in the hotel. He came out mortified but assured me that he had checked the sign and it was the same as the downstairs toilet sign for the mens toilets. So we checked it out! The black symbol for mens toilets downstairs and outside is indeed the exact same symbol used inside the hotel for the women toilets! ( to be fair there was some white lettering underneath the symbols but it was stuck onto a white door so not very obvious and my husband’s eye sight isn't that great so he hadn't even seen it!) It might be worth managers checking it out. Also, we were informed that we could use the a la carte restaurant twice on a 10 day stay so we booked for a couple of days after arriving and when we went to book again it said there must be 9 clear says between bookings. If we had known that we would have booked immediately on arrival so that felt a little unfair but the food was great anyway so no real problem. Finally, the lovely gesture of a bottle of red wine that we were given for our honeymoon, and which we were going to bring home to celebrate with loved ones was spolit when it was removed from our room the day before we checked out by the cleaning staff. I was gutted about this and probably should have complained but that's just not my style. It should have remained until after check out I believe, so that guests who may have saved it for their last night of holiday or who wanted to take it home are not let down. Anyway, overall this was a fantastic holiday, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and perfect. The staff were fabulous and had we raised concerns I'm certain they would have been dealt with positively. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon filled with happy memories. We will be back.

We’ve just returned from a week at The Unique Blue. We’re an English couple in our 20s and wanted to share an honest review - the kind we wish we’d read before booking! Staff Most of the team were fantastic: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Efi in the restaurant worked so hard, and the man who carried our luggage was so friendly throughout our stay. The beach staff also deserve a mention - they worked tirelessly in the heat. The only exception was the lady at the front of the hotel with short grey hair (Guest Relations perhaps?), who seemed much friendlier with German guests than with us. She never smiled or even acknowledged us, which stood out because everyone else, from housekeeping to ‘The Fixers,” was so smiley, chatty and welcoming. Food Breakfast and dinner were excellent with plenty of choice, quick restocking, and consistently good quality. The desserts were amazing, especially the chocolate ones - even at breakfast!! Lunch was less impressive but still good. Ordering food and drinks to your sunbed was a great option if you didn’t fancy the buffet - the souvlaki was great, and you could also order pizza and burgers. As others have mentioned, it feels a little odd that there is no welcome on arrival at the restaurant - you just seat yourself, no need to give your room number. Room Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The swim-up pool was lovely to sit by, though too cold to swim in. The shower did flood the floor slightly, but it wasn’t a big issue. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, soap, and body lotion, but no conditioner or extras like a manicure kit, so it’s worth bringing your own. The hairdryer was very good with a concentrator nozzle. Beach The beach was clean, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Even when we went down around 1pm, we had no trouble finding a good one. The sea was very wavy during our stay (red flag 5 out of 7 days), but on calmer days it was gorgeous - sandy underfoot and clear. The hotel has paddleboards available free of charge. Reception didn’t seem to know how it worked, but guests just helped themselves. We especially liked sitting on the left side of the beach near the beach club, where the music was great. Special Touches For our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with baklava, prosecco, and a fruit platter on arrival. The day before we left, they repeated the gesture, which was really thoughtful. The WhatsApp service was also very useful - we used it to order from the pillow menu and book a boat trip to Dia Island, which was incredible and highly recommended. Beach Restaurant You can visit the beach restaurant once per week. The two female staff were so kind, and the food was excellent. As with the main restaurant, it was a little strange not to be greeted on arrival, but once seated, the service was great. Drinks, Wi-Fi & Location Drinks were very good throughout the hotel, the Wi-Fi worked well everywhere, and transfers were simple — €25 each way by taxi to the airport. The hotel is close to the runway, but we didn’t find the planes disruptive. Atmosphere The majority of guests were older German couples, and as a young English couple we felt out of place. Even just wearing a nice outfit to dinner seemed to attract many stares, and we didn’t see many other English guests during the week at all. Entertainment was also very limited. We enjoyed the Greek dancing night, but otherwise it was just background music, and by 10pm most guests had gone to bed. With nothing within walking distance, the evenings felt flat. Definitely bring cards or games to keep yourselves entertained. The cocktails were great though! Noise Mornings weren’t very peaceful. From about 7am we could hear hairdryers, pipes, deliveries, and staff talking outside. Twice we were woken by a very loud alarm going off repeatedly. The beach club could also be disruptive — on Sunday night the bass went on past 11.30pm even though online it says it closes at 10. Earplugs are a must. Practicalities Only one towel per person was provided, which wasn’t ideal in a swim-up room where you want one for the beach and another for your loungers. On the day before we left, staff came into our room while we were out to leave a gift, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on. The gift itself was lovely, but it didn’t feel right that the sign was ignored. Gym and Billiards Both need to be pre-booked, with only one room allowed per hour and no use between 3pm and 5pm. Slots were often marked as booked but then sat empty, which was frustrating. When we did get into the gym, two other guests turned up at the same time because reception had told them they could use it too. The gym is small but does the job: dumbbells up to 20kg, a combined leg curl/extension machine, a combined shoulder/incline press, one light bench, mats, and a few cardio machines. There is a volleyball net on the beach - would’ve been great to have a few bits arranged on there. Cats A small warning re cats: we love cats and we didn’t mind them being around, but the older tabby cat attacked my partner at dinner, so best to admire him from a distance! Overall We had an enjoyable week thanks to the staff, food, and beautiful setting. That said, the atmosphere, lack of entertainment, and a few small frustrations mean we probably wouldn’t return. However, if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, high-quality hotel with excellent food and service, it’s worth considering.
