We had a fantastic stay and would happily give this resort a perfect, 10/10 score. The property offers three separate pool areas, you never felt that the resort is crowded, even though they were fully booked. Excellent all-inclusive program with a wide variety of high-quality local food and drinks, and a well-equipped gym. Well constructed pool areas, small beach and lovely small village Stalis is only a short walk away. Everything throughout the resort worked seamlessly, and functioned way over expectations. What truly made our holiday special was the incredible staff both in entertainment team Pink Wave and Arminda resort themselves. Every team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. The international kids’ club was outstanding, with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities and toys to keep children entertained. Our 5-year-old absolutely loved it, although we are finnish and he didn’t even speak english much. The entertainment team was truly exceptional, definitely the best we have ever experienced at any resort! Their energy, kind-heartness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were truly remarkable and made us feel at home. We even felt that we connected much deeper level with them, the kindness we experienced was so next level, than we have ever seen anywhere else in the world. A special thank you to Lilla, the entertainment team leader. Lilla’s warm smile, exceptional social skills, kind heart, leadership skills, and talent for engaging guests helped make our holiday truly unforgettable. Lilla leads by example and deserves great recognition for the passion of their work. We would also like to thank the rest of the entertainment team: * My and Chloe from the kids’ club, who were incredibly kind and caring with our child. * Lenny and Alessio, who ran the sports activities brilliantly and always made sure everyone felt included. They were both so professional with kids and teens, that it melt our heart. * Maja and Sofia, with whom we enjoyed many wonderful conversations throughout our stay, they were so lovely. Their friendliness and hospitality made a lasting impression. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the hotel manager for their outstanding hospitality and visible presence throughout the resort. It was clear that guest satisfaction and staff wellbeing are genuine priorities. The positive atmosphere, high service standards, and excellent teamwork we experienced during our stay reflect strong and inspiring leadership. A well-managed hotel makes all the difference, and it was evident that the manager plays a key role in creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. The entire team at Arminda was outstanding. We genuinely miss them already and are grateful for the wonderful memories they helped create. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent facilities and truly exceptional staff. We would not hesitate to return!
