My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Elios Hill Hotel, and we could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth and professionalism made our stay truly special. A special mention must go to George, the Hotel Manager, who was absolutely exceptional. George took a personal interest in ensuring that our anniversary celebration was unforgettable and consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction are a credit to both himself and the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic facilities, excellent food, and stunning surroundings, but it is the people who really make Elios Hill stand out. Thank you to George and the entire team for helping us create such wonderful memories on such an important occasion. We would highly recommend Elios Hill Hotel and cannot wait to return. We have just returned from a fantastic week at Elios Hill in Crete, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by some of the friendliest reception staff we have ever encountered. They were warm, professional, and especially brilliant with our children, making us feel at home straight away. Before our arrival, my wife contacted the hotel to request an accessible room due to disability requirements, and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate us. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and beautifully presented. As soon as we walked in, it genuinely felt like a five-star resort. One thing that often lets hotels down for me is the shower, but the shower here was exceptional. The water pressure was excellent and made a real difference after a long day in the sun. One of the biggest surprises was the sunbeds. Like many families, we expected to be setting alarms for 7am to secure a spot by the children's pool. To our amazement, there were no towels reserving beds first thing in the morning. People only started choosing their sunbeds around 8:00–8:30am, which made for a much more relaxed start to each day. The food was excellent throughout the week, with a great variety of meats and plenty of choice for children. While the cooked breakfast wasn't quite to my personal taste, there was such a wide selection available that everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. The water park was another real highlight. We'd never stayed at a resort with one before, and it added an extra level of fun to the holiday. The children occasionally got stuck on the slides, but if anything, it just made them laugh even more and added to the enjoyment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the resort. The friendly staff, high standard of accommodation, great facilities, and relaxed atmosphere all combined to make it a memorable family holiday. We would highly recommend Elios Hill to anyone looking for a fantastic all-inclusive break in Crete.

Great food- the buffet has lots of options and the three à la carte restaurants were lovely. You could get snacks and crepe at the pool bars too,. Great food- the buffet has lots of options and the three à la carte restaurants were lovely. You could get snacks and crepe at the pool bars too,. The all inclusive wine was nice, but we mainly had cocktails which were lovely. The pools are great, my boys aged 9 and 12 loves the water slides once we figured out you go a lot faster on a rubber ring. We never had trouble getting a lounger or chair. The rooms are very stylish, as is the whole hotel. We were upgraded to a suite with two rooms which was appreciated. The only downside was the steep hill up to the room, but they do have golf buggies you can get if you want. We just braved the hill on foot, and felt like we were getting a workout in to offset all the lovely food! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and although the hotel isn’t on the beach, they have a free shuttle bus to take you there and back. It was only 10 euro for a taxi to the centre of the resort. We were very lucky with the weather. It was around 30 degrees, but there was a lovely cool breeze.
