The main issue with the hotel is the food and drinks - there is not much variety and very repetitive. There are about 5 main dishes to choose from however you dont know what it actually is as the only labelling provided is what type of meat it is and the animal it comes from. The "snack bar" was literally 2 pans of food placed on the bar - the selection there was also awful. It was advertised as having pizza and sandwiches and pies. Not once did I see them during my stay. It looked like the snacks were whatever the hotel could scrape together. I ended up living on half cooked rice, oily chips, and practically raw veg the entire time. The drinks are not worth the all inclusive price/package. The drinks machine inclues drinks such as coke, lemonade and fizzy orange. When I went up to get one I found that all the drinks above were not branded and were locally sourced. The coke and diet coke tasted disgusting along with the overly sweet lemonade and watered down orange. If I am paying over £500 for a 4 night stay, I am expecting branded drinks available which I have always had at any other all inclusive I have stayed at. The cocktail selection was all of 2 - sex on the beach and blue lagoon where you could hardly taste the alchohol in. The only nice drink I found was the hot chocolate however in 27 degree heat you want an ice cold drink. The hotel itself was very nice although quite basic. We had a sea view room in block 700 which was up a very steep hill. When we checked in we were offered no help with our bags and no one to show us to our room. The woman at reception gave a very vague description of how to get there and showed us a map which also was very vague. Once we got to the room is was very nice. Very spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the sea and pool which was lovely. The beds were surprisingly comfy and not once did I struggle to sleep as you also had air con which was very powerful. There were plenty of sun loungers and the pool was very nice. The hotel staff were not the most helpful either. The reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful. The bar staff were nice along with some resteraunt staff. Overall, the hotel is perfect if you are going self catering or half board as there is a shop onsite for snacks and branded drinks. It is also only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach strip where you will find countless restaurants and shops. If you want all inclusive I would strongly recommend a different hotel.

“Food”

Food is awful, lived off chips. Not a picky eater whatsoever but food let the hotel down. Drinks weren’t great either.
