Wow ! What an amazing holiday at Caldera Creta Paradise… Honestly this place is 5/5 ! I have a few niggles but honestly these are personal preferences (no nasty comments please) Arrival at this hotel was great, we had a private taxi which reduced the wait times obviously, check in was a smooth process, our room wasn’t ready until 3 pm we arrived at 2.15pm so we were advised to go to the restaurant which was great. Upon arrival at our room, it was clean , spacious and so welcoming, we have room 1227, with private pool and wow what a space! - we are looking at coming again and will 100% request this room! The food was amazing every day - breakfast , lunch and dinner lots of choice , lots of variety. Our daughter has allergies to seafood, and we completed a form and honestly the hotel were so accommodating, one day fish had been dropped into the chips, and the hotel cooked a batch of chips specially for our daughter. The pools were clean and the gardens were kept clean and tidy, the beach was cleaned and well looked after. We didn’t use the general sunbeds as we had our own in the room we had but when we went for breakfast there was always plenty. The TUI reps were fantastic. We booked to go the the local water park Limnoupolis which was amazing - definitely not worth the extra money for the meal included as they don’t tell you only 3 items are available to choose from despite there being way more choice on the menu when you get there so was disappointing , it would have been better just buying food there. We did the local road train trip , to the 7 villages which was great. And I highly recommend , we would have liked to do others but ran out of time. The bus to Chania was good , didn’t run every 20 mins but was worth the wait ! Lots of local shops and gifts to buy. Down sides : the church on site we never knew when the doors opened, which was disappointing. The spa, the lady on reception was lovely and kind , but other than that it was a down side for me - we did a family massage adults relaxation head neck / shoulders and child’s chocolate massage. The massage was meant to be medium / soft - this to me wasn’t the case I had written on form about my conditions but no one asked what this meant the massage was hard and the masseuse dug her elbows into my back , whilst I understand everyone is different this was painful, and I was in pain for sometime after, the chocolate massage for children my daughter said was ok, but I do think it needs to have an age on it - this is just my opinion. The hotel staff were so helpful and kind. All in all a fantastic holiday and the only time I have ever felt sad to leave and looking at coming back before we have left!! Thankyou …

We had a wonderful stay at Caldera Creta Paradise and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were always kind, friendly and helpful. The best part of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. They were absolutely amazing! They were full of energy, always smiling and made everyone feel welcome. The daytime activities were fun and enjoyable, and the evening shows were fantastic for both adults and children. They worked very hard every day and created such a happy and friendly atmosphere around the hotel. A very special thank you to the whole entertainment team for making our holiday so fun, memorable and special. We already miss you all! We would happily return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

Just returned from this Beautiful Hotel having stayed for 2 Weeks with my partner..On arrival greeted with a Drink and checked in smoothly Stayed in a lovely room at the Olympus bar opposite main Hotel ...Lovely Swimming pool right outside our room along with a small bar run my a Wonderful lady called Ghiana a kind sweet lady who always had a smile on her face and is a credit to the Hotel..Staff & cleaners so friendly and the great guy who drove the buggy was always available upon request such a lovely guy...Food was plentiful with a great choice Although the Italian meal which you can book online was slightly disappointing but that is only my personal opinion..Great little Supermarket next door for all your needs Reasonable prices Cigarettes drinks sundries etc...Also little land train next to Supermarket worth a trip we did the seven village tour a lovely experience approx 20 euros each for a couple of hours ..Also a visit to Chania a must ..We did an Evening Sunset Cruise an absolute must Probably one of the best Trips we have done Highly Recommended..After which we had a Beautiful meal on the Waterfront simply Stunning...Platanias about a ten min taxi ride away a great place to visit plenty of restaurants and shops we had a couple of lovely meals there plenty of restaurants to choose from...All in all a Wonderful stay met some lovely people and had plenty of laughs along the way ...Also a bus runs daily next to Hotel into Platanias & Chania just a couple of euros however sometimes can be a bit crowded on the Bus So a Taxi ride around 20 mins is a good option approx 20 euro each way ...All in all we both had a Wonderful experience there and was sad to leave but hopefully we will be returning in the not to distant future....So if you are arriving soon you won't be disappointed

“Nice hotel with good facilities”

Very nice hotel with nice facilities, good food on the all-inclusive buffets. Nice beach close to the hotel, nice and clean rooms. Good air conditioning and good WiFi. Very nice hotel with nice facilities, good food on the all-inclusive buffets. Nice beach close to the hotel, nice and clean rooms. Good air conditioning and good WiFi. Not much to see in the surrounding areas so go to Chania by bus . Didn't use the pool as this hotel is still in 2026 plagued by the towel on sunbed mafia. Come on, remove those occupying towels.
